Wtf man? The last time I bought tickets to see them, Matt got a blood blister on his vocal cords and they cancelled the show. Still trying to see them for the first time. I hope he's ok. That song is so badass by the way. I hope they make it to Fort Worth in October
@@cheyennejudithcw Same back to you. I've never had such an issue getting to see a presently touring band, and I really would love to see them in person. The guitar work alone is amazing. Brooks is such a good drummer and it would be great to feel some good kick drum live.
@@lilith8960 Brooks may not be quite as a creative as The Rev, but he can definitely play what Jimmy wrote and and he does it well. His timing is impeccable and his embellishments and personal touch, fit perfectly with the way the band works. The Stage is a masterpiece and I'm sure that he wrote all of the drum parts. My question is, is it weird that he doesn't have a "stage name" like the other guys, or would it be more weird if he assumed one?
The instrumental work on it is awesome. The vocals flow so well with the overall tone of the song. I'm glad that they found such a great drummer in Brooks. I bet they sound amazing live
These guys dedication is truly insane. I saw them last night in PHX and M. Shadows told everyone that their show the previous night had been cancelled due to him being sick. So he got steroid injections in order to perform last night. It was a killer show!
He had a contusion probably due to dehydration. He was off stage for this show and skipped 3 songs off the setlist due to the 20 min delay. They played several shows after this and he was on stage again standing up fine. They also played full sets the rest of the dates
If you are guitarist on tour, you worry only about your hands and head 😅 that's how you recognize true guitarist, not givin a fuck about other parts and keep rockin 🤘
They stopped the show for a bit to see what was up. I was relieved when they started up again because all Matt said at the time was he was "really injured." They didn't skip a beat though even with Syn playing off stage. Obviously his presence on the stage was missed, but sonically you couldn't even tell. He really played through that pain, and the other 4 amped up the stage energy. It was a spectacular show!
People are negatively interacting these days. It's really no surprise. Hopefully social media platform comments of mine will have an effect on other people & starts making a difference. At least I'm hoping to start conversations on this subject matter.
He suffered a serious leg injury. First thing we see in the video is him running off stage. I don't doubt he has an injury, but running with an injured leg? Doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
3 weeks later and yes. It was literally just that. People acted like he was a child who just got brutally beat in the legs with a metal pipe and is in critical condition in the hospital clinging on for his life. He was probably fine the next night
@@jackischannelaboutnothing True, but you didn't see my other comment. This is the 2nd time that I'm dead set on getting to see them in concert and an injury happens before they visit my area. I don't expect it to happen less often as they, and we, get older.
@@chevy383jt I was at this show. He still played, but from backstage. He was dehydrated or something. It's not about getting old in this case. He may be sitting, but he'll be at your show. If he finished ours, he'll definitely be at yours.

Saw them in corpus 2010 a few months after the rev passed. Concerts are kinda a bad omen for them I’m guessing

The Stage is my favorite song from A7X. Synyster is my favorite member. This is really crazy 😂. Hope he feels better!
