Sometimes I make gajar ka doodh like this..I just boil saabut gajr and blend it after boil and add it in hot milk and cook for half minute then add sugar or jaggery and dry fruits according choice..... very yummy it becomes..specially if you don't want dinner at night..its very tummy filling
