Nah, it was a novelty gift at that point. Same thing when Captain Bluddflag stole the Inquisitor Andrastia's hat at the end of his story. Even if all your boyz die and your machines turned to scrap after killing an enemy, a good Ork at least gets what they came for before leaving.
well to be far he proved to more crafty than angry. He's more towards Mork, Cunning but brutal. at least in this game, if he's a reaccuring character that has proven more towards gork than ok.
I actually really enjoyed this. I liked how the Space Marines were not the 'main' focus but instead the Eldar. The Orks were less annoying and at least he got he's pointy stick.
I dunno. Gabriel seems dour as ever, Macha is still fast and loose when it comes to her alliances and Gorgutz is an Ork making him like almost every other Ork out there.
I agree with both of you. Maybe the reason is that they're just playing it safe. Dawn of War has always been ambitious with each new numbered game, they've always got far more confident and well written as you go through expansions.
6:00 minutes in and I already hate this game. "Space Marines!? Its about DAMN TIME YOU GOT HERE!" - Said no one still alive to an Astartes Chaptermaster
To be fair, from her perspective, the Inquisitor and Space Marines knew they were in trouble for a while but were just sitting back and eating popcorn as her people were fighting and dying alone. So in this one case, I'm personally giving her an exception to vent right there.
I love how the Blood Ravens actually destroyed the relic instead of just stealing it and pretending it was destroyed before using it and claiming it was a gift from the inquisition. So out of character
No hope millions dying evreyday humanity barly holding out against the worse the universe has to throw at it. And when you die a demon will most likely eat your soul
Matthew Velazquez and that has to do with the game... how? I know warhammer lore so if you are just pointing out that (the warhammer 40k world) how it is?
And they paid dearly for it. The game struggled to make even 70,000 sales on release on Steam and the community is essentially dead less than 2 months after the game's release, for a game that focused entirely on the multiplayer aspect. This is what happens when you ignore what the fans actually want and make a butchered mess of a game that feels like an LoL and Starcraft knock-off and betrays what the franchise stands for in order to appeal to as wide an audience as possible: nobody is happy with the end product and nobody wins.
I f**king love that the one thing that peaks Gorgutz's interest isn't being the strongest. Isn't killing an Eldar lord. It's having a "Super pointy stikk". I love Gorgutz.
"Blood Ravens do not abandon loyal soldiers of the Emperor". Of course not, they only slaughter entire regiments if they give the Blood Ravens full command of their forces.
"About damned time you got here?" Um, shouldn't a commissar or the sort of *blammed* Solaria on the spot for addressing what amounts to a demigod in such a manner?
Those are not even cinematics. Those are moving stills. Dow1 did this better with it's glorious intro. Heck, even most animes have more motion that this crap.
You can't animate 90 minutes of dialogue in CGI with any kind of realistic RTS budget. The story presentation here works pretty similarly to games like Warcraft or Starcraft.
The warp core explodes or something. There is a lore story where an imperial vessel is warped in by Dark Eldar to Commoragh and it falls in and destroys like an entire webway-planet
When you see him, Gorgutz seems like he is old when he walks. Granted that he got more experienced over the years, it is like: Damn Gorgutz, how old are you by the imperium calendar?
Angry historian we don't actually know, all the orks that the imperium know died from fighting before getting enough old to suffer such effects. So maybye orks can get old, especially if you consider that there body is made to fight and fight long enough to win, not to survive in a long period
That's actually the best way to summarise how bad they failed. I mean even when soul storm crashed fans made fun of it. But this? Your statement rings true just how bad the game is.
Space marines are asexual and Eldar look at humans in the same way we would look at an ape. Gabriel would probably be considered touched by Chaos if he did fall for Macha while she would be considered insane and probably forced to be exiled or killed.
A Craftworld Eldar Warlord with a personal army... Eldar supported by a Farseer being surprised by the presence of Orks... An Inquisitor thinking he has authority over Adeptus Astartes and talking big to a Chapter Master... Orks having a relatively civilized conversation without any punching or shooting... This game doesn't just have problems with the gameplay, but also with the Lore.
Everyone keeps telling me Gorgutz won Kaurava cause he "got borded of kurrava" and "learned the secrets of the eldar world" And then i find out he apparently didn't bring his gigantic waaagh from his victory?, having to backstab a local warlord to gain forces.... He probably screwed over the already spread thin Blood Ravens(thanks to Boreale's genius) the got his ass kicked by another faction due to the loss of men and resources fighting the Blood Ravens He could've easily lost...what with how he escaped when you win the ork stronghold
Orks don't care what they have to do if there's something of value to them they will get it no matter the cost. Gorgutz wanted the spear, he got the spear hell i wouldn't be surprised if some random Gretchen tried to nab it Gorgutz would of pounded it dead.
I've found that MANY people are disappointed with DoW3 (myself included), and I think the reason is because DoW3 isn't the same as DoW2 (DoW2 had loot, lots of Macro-gameplay and less of a focus on heroes, than DoW3). But people who like DoW3 didn't like DoW2, so it's really just a personal preference thing imo. DoW3 isn't a bad game at all; It just simply isn't what DoW2 was, and I think many people just wanted another DoW2 (myself included). But there's hope for DoW3 yet, because currently there's only 3 races, and they plan on releasing atleast 3 more races (as they did with DoW2, in the form of DLC/expansions). So hopefully those new races and perhaps more campaigns will make the game worth the $60
That was true. I don't like DoW2 but I like DoW3 so much but I'm still spending 200+ hours in both games but I'm gonna spend beyond that for DoW3. Pro players also enjoyed the game so I think the game wasn't that bad as people think.
They Should just hire DOW1's Ultimate Apocalypse team for DOW4 or an expansion if one comes out...they actually managed to pull off a game that resembled 40k...
Gorgutz is a hulking 10 foot monster, but sounds like some geezer down at the pub. Maybe nitpicking, but I much preferred the intimidating boom they gave his voice in DoW. His character just doesn't seem all that threatening here. Orks have always been the sort-of lesser threat in the universe, but in such a grim setting, even a lesser threat could still cause the extinction of mankind
1:04:11 so she's saying that continuing the war will surely wake the daemon, and then goes on to say that because of that, she chooses to continue the war? what?
Where do I begin with the story? Relic went the easy way out for this game's story by revealing the most common of twists: it was Chaos all along. I used to praise this game for switching between factions throughout the game, but in the case of it's story, it works against it. I think in this situation, 3 separate campaigns would have been a better approach. And aside from the lore inaccuracies here and there, the story of DOW3 is still weaker than DOW1. :/
nice work with the movie cutscenes :D . But why do i get the feeling that the orks's voices of DOW3 just dont feel like "orky", like they scale down their characteristics or something? This is not the orks i know. Too alien for me ........
Yeah, they used proper sentence structure way too much. And they kept saying "war" instead of "Waagh", and a lot of other instances of speech far too indirect and complex to be your bog-standard ork. That's their whole shtick: they talk like they're the least educated people you've ever met, who may or may not be borderline retarded. They're brutish, violent, simple, and brutally direct. Nobody but a warboss should use filler phrases or bridges like "as for (name)", and even then it should only be a segue to a threat.
Can't lie. For all the mess the models look great. The little details, the joints in the movement, the knights -it's damn good. Shame so much else is epic dumb.
Dow1 was a masterpiece, graphics were good enough and the story was so immersive, the characters were really cool and pretty much all likeable (apart from that one cultist, yall know who) but this game just failed with a lot of thing, they tried too hard and lost how simple and well structured the first game was in the graphics of this one
"The inquisitor was displeased" The inquisitor can be displeased all he fucking wants, those are Astartes, the Emperor's avenging angels. Woe to anyone who stands in their way.
Chaos has a tendency to induce that in some cases. no one likes Chaos, not even Chaos itself; the Gods of the Warp LOVE clashing against one another in their "Great Game".
N Sil You'd be surprised how much times this type of temporary alliance has been made. Orks are okay with stopping with killing humans if they see another big ennemy around (like chaos or nids), and eldars are reasonables enough to be trusted temporarily (altough they'll inevitably betray their temporary allies once their objectives are achieved)
Eldar-human team ups were going on since the first Eye of Terror campaigns. And Eldars and humans working with orks were also since forever. Not as equal partners of course, but they had arrangements.
Yea, ignoring stilted voiceacting (compared to DOW 1), uninspired dialouge and generally mediocre presentation, the story... or the plot i should say, is more interesting than most of the DOW games.
Two questions, if anyone doesn't mind ... I) Isn't Angelos played by Mark Strong (he sounds familiar from the Space Marines game ... & II) Aside from Space Marines, which other WH40K game any other fan would recommend ...? (I am tempted by Armarda ... )
My fucking God not even 30 minutes through and I'm already despising everything but the orks, who are entertainingly British (yes I'm British) But dear god I hate the inconsistencies from Dow 2... Jonah is dead, why tf is he back? Diomedes practically confirmed this during the final mission, and then bam here he is again with almost no explanation as to how. Diomedes is way to sarcastic now 'oh you play politics, I'll purge this planet' I don't think he would EVER regard angelos like that, no tarkus, unless he is in the video later and I'm just impatient before making my criticisms but eldar are involved in this, and where there's eldar tarkus is normally there beating each one over the head with his bolter individually. Oh and angelos is shit now... He's doing backflips in terminator armour ffs... I brought this up to a GW employee as an experiment to see how they'd justify something so bs, and they actually tried!!! They told me that becuase 'oh cybernetic enhancements terminators aren't actually slow blah blah' the fucking DARK ANGELS CODEX says that they are lumbering brutes, slow and unwieldy but like a sledgehammer, useful through just brutal efficiency... Anyway, that's my rant nowhere near over and done with, but I'm sick of typing this and I'm going to go back to the willing torture that is watching this train wreck, have a good one! (Or don't?)
because Phillipe Boulle thought it was more creative to create a slide show of still shots and lackluster, cheap garbage voice acting. I now PERFECTLY understand why the original Angelos voice actor wasnt here. Im 99 % sure he REFUSED to come back.
I hear a lot of complaints about the story and gameplay. Honestly, all I really wanted was to hear Angelos give a heartfelt apology to Macha for not listening to her and destroying the malidictum. (I really REALLY want to see the eldar and humans work more with each other) Got what I came for. Aslo Gorgutz is funny again. Yay.
By the Emperor, there's so much minot issues that it piles up and sours everything. Did they not get the same VA for Angelos from DOW 1 and 2? He sounds different and it really irks me as someone who spent countless hours on both DOW games and expansions. Character personalities are all whack, Angelos feels subdued, writing is all over the place. I feel like the only characters that stayed consistent with previous iterations are Diomedes and Gorgutz, but that's stretching it. The movement and animations is too fast. Astartes and Orks should not be as agile as Eldar. Don't get me started on Angelos backflippingn in Terminator Armor. Textures are amazingly too clean and crisp. The tone is also pretty whack. Even in brighter worlds like Typhon Primaris and Calderis, you could feel that it's 40K. You could slap these maps on a SC2 campaign and it would look right at home. Overall DOW3's campaign was pretty dissapointing. If they ever get to making DOW 4, I hope it's gritty like the first two again.
*WAAAGH! Orks Song:* th-cam.com/video/D6lUjVLPU04/w-d-xo.html
LFP Gaming
You don't need me for your attention
I’m not calling the Eldar the Aeldari just cause GW wants to avoid beef with Warner bros.
if you're reading this for the story, let me save you some time. It was all over a pointy stick.
JudasCrusader yeah, sadly a pointy stick marked by Chaos.
so a spiky pointy stick?
Dat meanz... It'z a SUPA POINTY STIKK! No wonder Boss Gorgutz wanted it!
At least he got his pointy stick.
After all that :,'D
Considering how orks work, this stick could potentially fuck up suns XD
Nah, it was a novelty gift at that point. Same thing when Captain Bluddflag stole the Inquisitor Andrastia's hat at the end of his story. Even if all your boyz die and your machines turned to scrap after killing an enemy, a good Ork at least gets what they came for before leaving.
EmptyMan000 Yeah, he did. Yet, I think he still has a huge role to play in the future.
I miss the old Warboss Gorgutz
The trailer is the best thing this game offered.
I didn't even like it actually. Feels like the small vids don't do the Universe justice. I did like the Marines versus the Witch in DoW II.
So it was a super deamon. Wow, totally didn't see it coming. For the 3rd time.
However bad a 40k game is the orks always make sure it's at least slightly enjoyable.
Toffeehammer "Atleast I got me pointy stick."
Shame about the voice actors though
2:33 "The interlocked god machines come crashing down on you, what do you do?"
"I roll to parry!"
"..."
Gorgutz wasn't angry enough, in all honesty all the ork dialog was too passive and mushy, not Orky at all.
well to be far he proved to more crafty than angry. He's more towards Mork, Cunning but brutal. at least in this game, if he's a reaccuring character that has proven more towards gork than ok.
Super pointy stick actually was funny and had me laughing
Oh come on how is it a bad ending if Grogutz has his pointy stick
at least someone got a happy ending.
I actually really enjoyed this. I liked how the Space Marines were not the 'main' focus but instead the Eldar. The Orks were less annoying and at least he got he's pointy stick.
"You can't hide secrets from Blood Ravens". Loved that.
Because thier primarch is Magnus The Red
Random Realistic Tone really? Source pls
Drebolaskan klepto psykers, who the fuck woukd their primarch be?
.... and relics.
+Drebolaskan
Its heavily implied.
Its in the books.
Its even in the wiki page.
I feel the makers of DOW 3 never actually played or watched the previous games and each characters personality...
Not just the characters, the factions and units as a whole, they made Assault Marines 'light Armour units' ffs.
yeah they failed once again
Exia2004 I believe the multiplayer is better than the DoW 2, and they brought more interesting ultra units than the first
6:00 minutes in and I already hate this game.
"Space Marines!? Its about DAMN TIME YOU GOT HERE!" - Said no one still alive to an Astartes Chaptermaster
I can see Creed (or COULD see) doing it, cause he is mother fucking creed... but yeah. Space marines generally look down on normal humans.
First thing I tought
I am not much into W40K, but this felt off even to me.
To be fair, from her perspective, the Inquisitor and Space Marines knew they were in trouble for a while but were just sitting back and eating popcorn as her people were fighting and dying alone. So in this one case, I'm personally giving her an exception to vent right there.
Frags We are talking about an Imperial Knight here. Those have some pride of their own.
I love how the Blood Ravens actually destroyed the relic instead of just stealing it and pretending it was destroyed before using it and claiming it was a gift from the inquisition. So out of character
When the Ork dialogue feels awkward and clumsy, you know you messed up.
the only thing grimdark about this is how the developers butchered the game
define "grimdark"
No hope millions dying evreyday humanity barly holding out against the worse the universe has to throw at it. And when you die a demon will most likely eat your soul
Matthew Velazquez and that has to do with the game... how? I know warhammer lore so if you are just pointing out that (the warhammer 40k world) how it is?
Rayro [Robot Pyro] He was defining grimdark.
>40k fan memes and injokes
>A daemonic trinket specifically made to trap Eldar no Slaanesh daemons are in sight
>EVERYTHING ELSE WRONG WITH THIS GAME
40k fans memes ?
Macha's appearance, for example.
I f**king love that the one thing that peaks Gorgutz's interest isn't being the strongest. Isn't killing an Eldar lord. It's having a "Super pointy stikk". I love Gorgutz.
48:03 Gorgutz: "What you playin' at, Ronny?" - Dying from Gorgutz whispering
I actually bought DOW3.
I still prefer to watch this than actually slog my way through the game. That's how un-fun it is.
"and the wayfarers went their separate ways." How? They're on a rock floating in space...
46:22 Love how they bring back his original desire from winter assault, another pointy stick for him to use
Wow...just...they have no idea of the lore, do they?
"Space Marines...it's about damn time you got here!"
That line would -never- be uttered.
I have seen erotic 40k fanfiction with better story than this
Love can Bloom ? Or the erotic one involving Macha and an Inquisitor ?
Your going to have to be more specific for which erotic one, there are multiple ones involving her and some random Inquisitor.
hey I'd like some links of this fanfiction you speak of
Links or gay
Love Can Bloom isn’t that erotic... I actually kinda like it.
(Pls no blamming, I am no heretic, I support the Imperium and Emperor)
"At least i got me pointy stick" the only summarization that matters
"Blood Ravens do not abandon loyal soldiers of the Emperor". Of course not, they only slaughter entire regiments if they give the Blood Ravens full command of their forces.
I thought the orks were mindless war beasts with just enough intelect to create rudimentary tech but this war boss is actually quite clever.
Such a disappointment, the game could have been so much more.
Ah well, back to Soulstorm and a bit of last stand in Retribution.
44:30
>Macha: What kind of weapon has Goregotz built to be able to capture meteors?
>D-Cannons: Am I a joke to you?
The ending? Pure heresy.
i cant stand the voice change on angelos. i prefer dow 1 the most
46:22
This moment perfectly captures why Orks are actually the only good guys in 40k.
"About damned time you got here?"
Um, shouldn't a commissar or the sort of *blammed* Solaria on the spot for addressing what amounts to a demigod in such a manner?
Those are not even cinematics. Those are moving stills. Dow1 did this better with it's glorious intro. Heck, even most animes have more motion that this crap.
You can't animate 90 minutes of dialogue in CGI with any kind of realistic RTS budget. The story presentation here works pretty similarly to games like Warcraft or Starcraft.
It is never about the cinamatics its all about the story/lore when it comes to anything regarding Warhammer 40K.
Oh yeah and what have you produced...Oh wait that's right ur just a "critic"
godspyro and what have you produced?
this game sadly is the worst dawn of war
So a Warcraft scenario, with a Diablo ending, with a 40k design...... Glad I didnt spend my money there, I cant wait to serve the Emperor properly.
And games workshop copied them back with this one.
Warcraft and StarCraft have a different direction and tone compared to Warhammer. I don't think Blizzard made RIP offa.
And to bè fair, Warhammer has always been a big pastiche of 2000 comics and various Military Science Fiction stories.
How does a battlebarge ramming a planet result in a destroyed planet? Especially when the planet is gigantic?
The warp core explodes or something. There is a lore story where an imperial vessel is warped in by Dark Eldar to Commoragh and it falls in and destroys like an entire webway-planet
That planet was almost breaking on its own. Its the only explanation I can come up with.
Factions fighting one another before uniting to face badder evil. Sounds familiar ? Because that is exactly the plot of DOW 1.
Whoever did the trailer for this game is amazing, gave me such hopes...
consider yourself backstabbed... hahahah... good ol gorgutz
When you see him, Gorgutz seems like he is old when he walks. Granted that he got more experienced over the years, it is like: Damn Gorgutz, how old are you by the imperium calendar?
Orks don't get old. They just grow bigger.
Angry historian we don't actually know, all the orks that the imperium know died from fighting before getting enough old to suffer such effects. So maybye orks can get old, especially if you consider that there body is made to fight and fight long enough to win, not to survive in a long period
Low quality animatics on a 60 dollar title? Man, what part of this game justifies the asking price.
You know they failed so hard when they made it impossible to make memes or use any of the non existing cinematics as source materials
That's actually the best way to summarise how bad they failed.
I mean even when soul storm crashed fans made fun of it. But this?
Your statement rings true just how bad the game is.
Well, at least one good thing came out of this game. Gorgutz got his pointy stick
The Sexual Tension between Angelos and Macha is high!
It would be a huge surprise if we see them kiss and they forge the new Imperium/Eldar alliance to combat the Chaos Forces finally.
Girlyman and his bae Yvraine anyone?
GregariousGuy22 Whoa really? I guess the Imperium and Eldar may survive after all.
Space marines are asexual and Eldar look at humans in the same way we would look at an ape. Gabriel would probably be considered touched by Chaos if he did fall for Macha while she would be considered insane and probably forced to be exiled or killed.
They say love can bloom on a battlefield.
A Craftworld Eldar Warlord with a personal army... Eldar supported by a Farseer being surprised by the presence of Orks... He probably screwed over the already spread thin Blood Ravens(thanks to Boreale's genius) the got his ass kicked by another faction due to the loss of men and resources fighting the Blood Ravens
He could've easily lost...what with how he escaped when you win the ork stronghold
All for a pointy stick. Totally worth it.
Orks don't care what they have to do if there's something of value to them they will get it no matter the cost. Gorgutz wanted the spear, he got the spear hell i wouldn't be surprised if some random Gretchen tried to nab it Gorgutz would of pounded it dead.
"A SUPA POINNY STEEK! I WAN EET!!!"
Yep. Orcs.
Ronahn: Typical farseers... no secret is safe from them.
Thank you for taking the time to string the dialogue and mission briefs together!
I'm glad I didnt purchase this. Thank you for the upload though.
I've found that MANY people are disappointed with DoW3 (myself included), and I think the reason is because DoW3 isn't the same as DoW2 (DoW2 had loot, lots of Macro-gameplay and less of a focus on heroes, than DoW3). They Should just hire DOW1's Ultimate Apocalypse team for DOW4 or an expansion if one comes out...they actually managed to pull off a game that resembled 40k...
In all honesty it was aimed at DoW1 fan base not DoW2 fan base
Saved myself 60$ for the game watching this. All I wanted was the story thanks
Dawn of Warcraft 3. No no no Dawn of Diablo 3. Yeah much better. The name fits the game ending.
Almost dropped a tear, not sure if out of joy or out of sorrow thou... :/
Was gonna say, didn't realize Diablo was a dawn of war character.
The deamons have always looked like that. Are you just discovering this for the first time? This is nothing new.
No no this is Dawn of Diablo 2 3, Diablo in Diablo 3 is a different one. Hmm perhaps you mean Dawn of Diablo 1 3.
ha i thought the same man, and i don't even play diablo
*SPOILER*
Why crash the Blood Raven ship on the planet tho? doesn't it have Exterminatus weapons on board?
or crash one the starforts? or maybe attack with powerfull inquisition weapons , the plot is retarded as fuck
"''LEast i got me Pointy Stick" haha Gorgutz eyes always on the prize XD
The voice acting... It burns.
It is actually kind of depressing how regular ork boyz are as strong and tough as tactical space marines in the tabletop.
*watches video for 1.5 hours, scrolls down to comments and they're all about a pointy stick*
Me: time well spent.
11:05 D-d-did I just hear an ork telling an other ork to "take care"? o.O o.O o.O
For some reason, that Daemon reminds me of Skarbrand, the Bloodthirster who challenged Khorne and paid for it
1:04:11 so she's saying that continuing the war will surely wake the daemon, and then goes on to say that because of that, she chooses to continue the war? what?

And aside from the lore inaccuracies here and there, the story of DOW3 is still weaker than DOW1. :/
Why is the voice acting so much worse this time around?
Why couldnt they get the old voice actors for recurring badasses like Gabriel?
nicely edited
Tyvm
This looks like bad fan fiction, what the hell is wrong with the dialogue ? did the developers ever play any of the other DOW games ?
That Inquisitor is testing Heresy by forbidding last rights and recovery of fallen Space Marine Geneseed.
nice work with the movie cutscenes :D . But why do i get the feeling that the orks's voices of DOW3 just dont feel like "orky", like they scale down their characteristics or something? This is not the orks i know. Too alien for me ........
exactly what i thought. more like a Bunch of drunken Brits. "take Care gorgutz"? like... realy now? "Take Care"?
Not sure if its a sarcastic line or if that git is really as thick as Gorgutz says he is.
Yeah, they used proper sentence structure way too much. And they kept saying "war" instead of "Waagh", and a lot of other instances of speech far too indirect and complex to be your bog-standard ork. This Deamon looks inferior to Kyras from Retribution.. Except you can actually choose which race to kill him with..
Can't lie. For all the mess the models look great. The little details, the joints in the movement, the knights -it's damn good.
Shame so much else is epic dumb.
They have Exterminatus why waste a ship they cannot rebuild!
daniel slater not enough grimderp
as the man emperor has said "STOP WASTING SHIPS!"
ALL HAIL THE MAN-EMPEROR OF MANKIND!
Yeah what even happened to Inquisitor Fukov?
Those some tall legs 0:41
Its funny how the inquisitor contacts the blood ravens who denied his orders instead of sending the ultramarines
The fact that this was made by the official development team and the story was cannon astounds me. Orks teaming up with the humies? Come on😂
Dow1 was a masterpiece, graphics were good enough and the story was so immersive, the characters were really cool and pretty much all likeable (apart from that one cultist, yall know who) but this game just failed with a lot of thing, they tried too hard and lost how simple and well structured the first game was in the graphics of this one
wow, some of this dialogue is just dreadful
An ork say war properly instead of waaagh. very dissapointing
We are witnessing a blizzardification of Warhammer.
Except they wouldve done it a lot better
@@aplaguedoctor406 Oh, piss off. No they wouldn't.
A well made video. Thank you for your editing skills and time/effort
First Davian became a Dreadnought. Now Taldeer became a wraith knight? What's next Shas o'ka'is in a riptide battlesuit?

the most important thing to pointy stik
"The inquisitor was displeased"
The inquisitor can be displeased all he fucking wants, those are Astartes, the Emperor's avenging angels. Woe to anyone who stands in their way.
wow only 1 cinematic that's pretty sad
I'm not an expert in Warhammer lore but human, eldar and ork working together, wtf?!?!
War makes strange bedfellows. Get over it and quit complaining. That goes for all the fans saying the same.
And the Imperium.. well, they rarely accept this kind of HERESY!, but some humans leaders might be more reasonable (I mean, HERETICAL!)
Eldar-human team ups were going on since the first Eye of Terror campaigns. And Eldars and humans working with orks were also since forever. Not as equal partners of course, but they had arrangements.
Maybe the Orks, the Eldar and the Imperium should consider joining forces full time.
Gorgutz of Dawn of war 1 was more fearsome, and even the game itself, as old as it is, better than this Dawn of War 3.
The real gorgutz would've beaten that war boss personally.
wow that was...horribly disappointing...even soulstorm's story was way better than this 3/10
Soulstorm was absolute nonsense, here the various factions actually have a good reason to fight each other.
soulstorm....... you're joking right?
Yea, ignoring stilted voiceacting (compared to DOW 1), uninspired dialouge and generally mediocre presentation, the story... or the plot i should say, is more interesting than most of the DOW games.
LoL you dont play Warhammer 40k for the story.... you obviously have no idea what 40k is about...
Madiuss I do in fact it's the only reason I play. Why wouldn't you play for the story
Dawn of Leauge of Legends 3
Two questions, if anyone doesn't mind ...
I) Isn't Angelos played by Mark Strong (he sounds familiar from the Space Marines game ...
&
II) Aside from Space Marines, which other WH40K game any other fan would recommend ...? (I am tempted by Armarda ... )
These voice actors, what..
Who did this
The Orks and Eldar are decent enough, though
"At Least I Got Me Pointy Stikk"
Gorguts... You're awesome...
(Or don't?)
Dogma 515 Yeah, they changed up a lot of stuff.
Feels like i just played the whole game.
at least Gorgutz got his pointy stick
Cut scenes?
I'm looking at stills.
The orks and Eldar interaction are the fucking best things ever.
why don't their cinematics move?
because Phillipe Boulle thought it was more creative to create a slide show of still shots and lackluster, cheap garbage voice acting.
I now PERFECTLY understand why the original Angelos voice actor wasnt here. Im 99 % sure he REFUSED to come back.
48:00 I friggin love that Voice Actor XD
