My Journey to Better Health: 7th and final video

Based on the viewer numbers of the other videos in the series, it probably doesn't matter what I type here. That's ok.
This is the last video in My Journey to Better Health series. The story is simple... I was fat and sick for 15 years due to awful lifestyle choices over several decades. My health was failing. I didn't expect to see 50 years old. By the grace of God, I found the low carb lifestyle and now have a NEW lease on life! I will not take this new lease on life for granted. Hopefully my journey helps someone out there.
