And not only was he married and she knew it, she wasn't in love with him, there was no romance, just random sex, like some kind of animal. But her claim to fame was playing a character they were meant to look at as if it were them. Bella was designed as a blank slate so from little girls to grown women could play out that fantasy. Stewart became the personification of that, so they naturally latched on to her. The case wasn't helped when Bella actually started dating Edward. The lines of reality were organically blurred.
It's not so bizarre to try and convince people of something and end up convincing people of something.
Rob had a heart of gold, it is sad he was put through this.

If anything, it's the other way around. When a guy cheats, we're constantly told about how "once a cheater always a cheater" and how there's no excuse for what he's done. When a woman cheats she's forgiven like Kirsten Stewart and once a cheater always a cheater is never applied to them.

US Weekly had notified her and asked her for a comment before publishing. So she knew, but she didn't warn him at all. He found out about it when his friends started texting him about the pics of her cheating with her married director. Can you imagine how he felt? She's beyond cruel, she's an @sshole.
He was so distraught, he left los angeles and drove three hours north to Reese Witherspoon's ranch near Santa Barbara. He stayed there for three weeks, he didn't want to be in the same city as KS. He wanted her to get allher sh!t out of his house, where she had been living when she was cheating with Rupert. Rob blocked her number, she couldn't even text him, he never wanted to see or hear her again. None of this is a secret. What are you, 16? If you had been an adult in 2012, you would know all of this.
She blew up his private life, and we all know how much he values his privacy. But she didn't care, she used him again, just like she used him from the start. She's trash. Period.
Well that's pretty normal when you brake up with someone, its life and we are all here to experience it.

Idk man. He didn't get crucified by the media. He didn't lose jobs because of it. He didn't have people harassing him for years. Have you seen the way people STILL talk about her? It's utterly insane. I'm sure he was absolutely heartbroken and torn apart, but as far as damage, KS 100% took the most. But that's generally how it plays out, especially in society. Look at all the celebrities who have been vilified, the vast majority of them are women. Britney, Mariah, Lindsay, Amanda Bynes, Angelina, even all the way back to Marilyn Monroe. The public just loves to see beautiful and successful women brought down. It's a tale as old as time.

Hope Katz If she hasn’t learned from her mistakes or choices that turned out badly for either her - her lover or both well then either 1. It’s possible she has open relationships with these women or maybe she has an issue with commitment which we don’t really know either way which brings me to 2. It’s really her problem and or business not ours.
Shocked at how many "she made a mistake!" comments there are. Mistakes are things like accidentally dumping too much salt in the soup, dropping something. Cheating is a series of *choices:* the first time you realize you have feelings for someone and don't try to nip it in the bud. The first time you knowingly flirt. The first time you "accidentally" brush their hand. The first kiss. She went from one location to another trying to avoid paparazzi. That's not a mistake, that's a deliberate choice.
C S Saying her choices were bad ones or mistakes is neither here nor there or how many she made for that matter. You never made a choice that yes is a conscious decision unlike spilling salt in soup, that you later regretted because it hurt you or a loved one in some way?

I felt so sorry from them, especially Robert. It was so humiliating and I was so disappointed. They seem like the perfect couple on screen and off.
Was one of the people who cried when ROBSTEN broke up. Still love them and support their work and happy that they’re doing their best in life and career and being recognized for it. Life just happens. Sometimes people are just fated to meet but destined for someone else
The entire world knew that they were together madly in love and out of the blue one day you see Kristen stewart making out in public with another guy who was actually married. Imagine the humiliation Robert went through.

Kristen has a gaping void inside her that no one can fill. she wasn't in love with rupert, she just wanted a cheap thrill because that's who she is. Dumber than a box of rocks and her feelings are as shallow as a teaspoon.
She wanted to be Rob's girlfiriend because he was the breakout star of Twilight, not her. Her PR team told her she'd get magazine covers if fans thought she was dating Rob. He had been getting all the attention in 2008 and 09 and she wanted some of that. She used him, she never cared about him, if she had, she wouldn't have cheated on him with Rupert.
Cheaters are insecure people who need constant validation. If doesn't matter who their partner is, they lack self respect and they need more and more validation from others. Kristen was like, "I have Rob," let's see if I can get Rupert. For cheaters, it's all about them, not about the people who trust them.

Don't victimize cheaters. Cheating is cheating, and it's bad in a man, it's bad in a woman, she was not a child, she was young but an adult... If they weren't caught in that moment, they would've keep doing it. But when you get caught "it's a mistake". It was bad for her being caught like that, but it was worst for Robert, who knew his girlfriend cheated on him at the same time that the rest of people. That should've hurt. And of course people are gonna change the way they look at you. But you don't have to behave good for an audience, no, but for your Partner, because he was the one who deserved respect. I am still in love with this couple. And Twilight (the 1st one) I was shocked when this happened but I kept in mind how young they were and didn't use it against her, however, the fact that it was Rupert Sanders who was married with 2 kids, I knew this was going to be very bad for Kristen....but I still love her and root for her. I think she went through hell with all this scandal...to be so judgmental of her though, she is human and make mistakes and I do think people were way harder on her than they needed to be.......she hasn't been in a relationship with a man since, only women....which is very telling. Maybe you aren't aware, but Kristen has cheated on everyone she's ever been with. She cheated on Rob with Rupert and with Alicia Cargile when he was off filming a movie in Australia. She moved Alicia into her house when he moved out, and then she cheated on Alicia with a French model, Agathe Mougin, when she was filming Personal Shopper, all over Europe. Then she kicked Alicia out of her house (this has all played out online--pics of Kristen cheating with Agathe in Rome & Prague, Alicia posting pics of her new apartment, etc.) Then she moved Agathe in and met Soko at a party and cheated with her. Agathe and Soko both live in Paris and were old friends. Agathe discovered the cheating when pics of Soko and Kristen were published and Agathe unfollowed Soko on her IG.
Then when Soko had to DJ at Coachella the second weekend, KS stayed at home and cheated with Alicia! Soko found out about it and called her out on her Twitter and IG, saying "I hate cheaters," and "when I find the right person they will be honest and not cruel, hurtful, selfish, etc." She was pretty upset. So KS moved Alicia back into her house and that lasted for about 5 months before she was caught cheating with St Vincent. SV had been in a long relationship with Cara Deligvne and KS knew it. But one of her kinks is cheating with people who are in long term relationships (like Rupert was). It isn't enough for her to cheat, she likes the additional element of taking someone away from their partner. She's really screwed up.
She cheated on St Vincent with Stella Maxwell (and she had cheated with Stella the year before when she was still supposedly living with Alicia, but wasn't called out for it back then). Plus, she gives these interviews where she says, "I'm so in love with my girlfriend," and by the time the magazine comes out, she's already cheated on that girlfriend and moved onto the next victim. So everything about her is a turn off as far as I'm concerned.

We don't know Edward & Kristen's personal lives. We only know what the media tells us. People fell in love with the movie characters portrayed by these two actors. Edward & Bella were the same couple to fans as Rob & Kristen. Fans wanted the "perfect" forever love story. Rob & Kristen are not Edward & Bella. Rob & Kristen are real, not fictional, characters. They had real issues in their love life that we don't know anything about.

I am *SO* grateful that I had the opportunity of growing into my personal understanding of what it meant for me to be gay, personally. I spent some time busily trying to deny it to myself, then getting into toxic relationships because I thought I could define my life differently than I felt it was supposed to be defined. And I wasted a ton of time building walls when I should have been learning to love myself & exploring love with other people. I feel for anyone who has to go on that journey in the public eye, and who, before even having a solid understanding of who they are, is pushed to create a public persona which diametrically opposes their heart. Yes I’m a twihard (even now at close to 48 years old I’ll admit to my twilight obsession). I’ll admit when they first broke up, it was disappointing. But that’s because I was on such a Twilight high at the time and loved Edward and Bella/Rob and Rob/Kristen. But we all need to remember they’re real people with real relationship issues . We get so caught up in the movies that we love them together in real life. Trust me, I get it. But I also have a grip on reality and realize hey, they’re people who make mistakes . Lord knows my hubby and I have been a 32 year long roller coaster ride(we’re still together though). Point is, the people who cried or went “crazy” have hopefully moved on and realize actors are real people too. As disappointing as it was for Kristen to cheat, she’s still human ( pun not intended due to the whole human/vampire ). Whatever her reasons were, it just wasn’t meant to be. Most of these celebrities go through relationships, engagements, and marriages one after another. I have no clue how they do it honestly. It's taken me time to heal between my relationships. Im single now, and it's been 3 years since my last relationship. I don't even think of the word love! I have adapted well on my own, actually. It's just too much these days.
