Let me be a more out spoken point of view... from this particular video of the lower level so-called ‘appartments’. They are Really Tiny. The BLD looks amazing from the Outside ! But doesn’t reflect it self on the inside . The quality of the fittings looks great 👍 but for the sizes / views and I expect it would be marketed at a very high price, It’s not worth it to live in, But rent it out to short stay visitors would be an investment

Great job John Keels. I don’t get why the floor finishes so often are dark colors. The lighter Scandinavian inspired colors are more attractive.
