I opened for Fuel without Carl and they were just as good in my opinion. They had Brad Stuart who played bass in Shinedown with em. Bret is a huge part of Fuels sound.
@organizationish3 I appreciate you taking time to share the comment and I do believe the band still capable of making great hits. I feel like more so the music industry has moved past them. But if they give the world something that can't be denied they can become more relevant like they used to be once again. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel 🤙 🙏
Definitely a band that has done great things and flies under the radar. We're huge for me growing up.Thanks for the comment. Also thanks for watching and supporting the channel🙏🤙
@@RockTalkWithMike I agree. My first show was in 1998 Creed fuel and finger 11! I went to see Fuel because of the Shimmer song. But left the show a huge fan of all three bands. I didn’t even know who Creed was at the time. Epic first show.
Thanks for the comment and your keen eye. Definitely let's me know you were actually watching the video and paying attention, thanks for watching and supporting the channel 🤙🙏
They are back with Carl and new singer touring . They played the summer of 99 boat with Creed , I’m seeing them. Twice this year . In July at fair it Turlock and then November in Sacramento opening for Tesla
Thanks for the comment, a dnd yes, I saw quite a few clips from the summer of 99 tour. Guys did awesome, absolutely amazing. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel 🤙 🙏
I disagree .. Puppet Strings has some great songs. Cold Summer , Wander, Yeah, soul to preach to, time for me to stop , Anomaly eh .. didn’t care for that John guy.
Sorry about your uncle man, it's a hard thing to go through. Hemorrhage for me was definitely on the opposite side of the spectrum for what i feel for it. First time i heard it was the first time i made it to first base lol. Hopefully you'll get a good chuckle out of that!
Love that 🤙, That is a prime example of why music is awesome. It can mean something completely different for somebody else even though you're listening to the exact same thing.
Brett Scallions was without a doubt probably one of the best singers in 90s-00s rock. Imo, ALL of their other singers were just awful. Toryn Green was too whiny, and John Corsale and the Aaron guy were just flat out bad, especially with autotune.
bretts version of fuel was not fuel, there was his version and carls version with the other original members...needless to say law suits resulted. but to say Brett changed the members of fuel is incorrect, it was a different band.
Love the comment and thanks for watching, I believe you may have heard incorrectly, I didn't say Brett changed the members of the band I said when they brought him back, they brought him back with all new members, meaning the label brought him back with brand new members in the band. Either way I still appreciate you watching and supporting the channel 🤙🙏
I just seen the new fuel with another new singer. Guy looked and kinda sounded like Daughtry. An agent submitted my music to try out when they were seeking singers. Guess they don’t want another bald guy who can write songs and has his own voice. Last guy sounded like Bret. Toryn sounded kinda like Bret. This new guy sounds like Daughtry I thought. Just my guess. I know Carl runs the show. I love Fuels songs. Anomaly was my least favorite. Maybe it’ll grow on me idk.
Brett Scallions is Fuel, with or without the other band members, his voice is amazing and no one else can compare.
@lisaseah8823 Love the comment, also thanks for watching and supporting the channel 🙏 🤙
Damn right!! Scallions was the main ingredient in that band… and the hottest!
I love the original line up of Fuel, I don’t think any other lead singer can compare to Brett .
@Donna-ts4qp 100 percent agree, thanks for the comment also thanks for watching and supporting the channel 🤙 🙏

Excellent band review 💯 Love this band 🫡
Love the story bro 7:00
Great video
Cold Summer, is the only one of their "new-ish" songs I actually like, with Brett Scallion's vocals

Good video. You showed John Corsale though when you referenced Angels and Devils. Toryn Green was the leader singer on that record.

John was on the album Anomaly, the latest one.

No Brett no fuel
No layne no chain
No Dave Williams empty pool
BEST GROUND FROM EARTH😅

Love the video overall! Except, the word “especially” doesn’t have an X when pronouncing it.
