Fantastic video production, my friend. I love everything about it. Awesome flying, great perspectives and camera angles, excellent editing and professional narration. And I love such abandoned locations, Very well done, my friend.👏👍
Thanks. We almost missed it hahaha. That day, we drove out there (a 3-hour drive one way) specifically for the night shot. They turned on the lights in the evening, but only left them on for 45 minutes. We hadn't started flying because it was still too bright out. Then suddenly the Roy's lights were turned off. Had to beg the cafe employee to turn it back on for just a few more minutes
Great video I was just there probably about two weeks ago, appreciate the history and the majority of the drone footage was pretty good to as well as the majority of your transitions. Again great video EARNED MY SUB
Thank you very much for checking us out. I really appreciate your genuine, thoughtful comment. I was also out there about 2 weeks ago. We may have seen each other or even met!
Yeah, no problem. It's honestly a privilege to be able to explore this place and share it with others. Every abandoned place has a story, but the story of this town is more compelling than I imagined. Thank you very much for watching
Thank you very much for your comments. We've been practicing this kind of flying for a while, so we've gotten fairly proficient. All it takes for anyone to build this skill is practice

Thank you for watching. Abandoned places are so fascinating to us. They each have a story
Love the history and the video!!!
What a history! Enjoyed so much this story and awesome footage
Thank you so much for watching and continually supporting our channel!
The graveyard is so cool!
Easily one of my favorite parts of the town!
Pretty sure this town and Roy's were major inspirations for the movie "Cars"
Yes, I thought the same the first time I visited. It looks just like Radiator Springs!
That shot of the Roy's neon sign was spectacular

Very Cool. Another place to go check out when out on adventures.
Thanks for watching, SCD. Long time, no talk. How've you been? How's that beautiful desert heat these days?
@@TruDroneVideos Very hot. Haha. But it could be worse.
@@santaclaritadrone2844 It will be worse, probably in the next couple of days! hahaha I'm keeping the drones grounded this weekend
@@TruDroneVideos same here.
Nice footage! The narrative was very good. I would never have known about this town had I not stumbled across your channel. 👍
"THESE 2 ARE GETTIN' IT ON. ON THE ALTAR. INSIDE THE CHURCH"
HAAHHAHAHA
Well, they were. I didn't realize it until I entered the church and saw the mural
@@TruDroneVideos Jennifer Love Hewitt was so popular those days. I remember her from Can't Hardly Wait
@@foosballfun9191 Same. I also remember her from I Know What You Did Last Summer. Damn, time flies
GREAT JOB!!! Thanks for sharing this, and I was wondering who bought the town. I remember when it was listed. Shades of "shoulda, woulda, coulda"

Great drone work and info, Raphael! Music didn't really fit. I don't think you need any music at all. Keep exploring!!!
Good thing music's subjective, eh? Thanks for your comment, Derrick. I'll certainly keep exploring

Very nice! Albert Okura just died in early 2023. What becomes of Roy’s is anyone’s guess. I hope he left some funding in his will.
Fun Video!! Stay out of my hood!! HAAAA
