    I have a 2022 BS Big Bend. I put put P245 65 x 17 Toyo ATIII's on it. These tires made a world of difference in off road conditions, wet weather, and snow capability. It's an absolute monster in snow, and it was damn good up Elk hunting in the mountains of New Mexico.

      I can imagine! I stated in my lastest video that tires can have a huge impact on performance, no matter what the computers/drivetrain is trying to accomplish.

    I got myself as Bronco Sport after looking over it, car gets good mileage, doesnt' require an insane amount of maintenance and is pretty sturdy. Sure it's not perfect for Off-Roading but that was never my plan anyway.

    I actually love my Bronco Sport! I had car less than a month when tire developed a slow leak! Ford dealership said I was going to have to buy a new tire at 268.00!
    REALLY? They said it was leaking due to Road hazard! I have not hit anything! The tire sidewall looks like it separating! I started doing research on the Tire and found out this tire has major structural issues!on Continental’s own website it gets 2.7 stars! Almost all the bad reviews are related to weak sidewalls! Separating, blowouts, sidewall bubbles! My trouble is that these tires should be discontinued and recalled! From Reading the reviews they are dangerous! My biggest disappointment is that Ford would actually put such poor rated tires on a New Vehicle! I am going to have to Replace all the Tires! Ford blames the tires I blame Ford for putting such crap on a new car! Especially a Bronco Sport! This Tire cannot even handle smooth pavement much less unpaved! Warning! If you are buying a New Ford MAKE sure it does not have this crappy dangerous tire! “Continental ProContact tx”

    • @MOHAWKAUTO
      @MOHAWKAUTO  ปีที่แล้ว

      I completely understand your frustration. It's disappointing to face issues with a new vehicle, especially when it's related to a crucial component like the tires. Safety should always be the top priority, and it's concerning to hear about the problems with the "Continental ProContact tx". I hope Ford takes this feedback seriously and considers the overall safety and satisfaction of its customers. It's essential for consumers to be informed, so thank you for sharing your experience and raising awareness. I hope you find a reliable and safer alternative soon! Stay safe on the road! Thanks for the comment!

    I've had two broncos sports, one a badlands, my current one heritage limited as well as a full-size bronco and many other Ford products. And if yout going to get a bronco sport, get a badlands. You don't need any packages or options but it's the only one that comes with the two liter. I would not recommend getting that 1.5 in any car. It's a piece of garbage and it just has too many problems and it's a three cylinder so it's just not going to be balanced naturally. And the two liter is a proven motor that's been around for over a decade. I had a 14 escape all-wheel drive titanium with the 2 l and it ran to 135,000 miles without any problems ever before it got totaled by a red light runner so I hate to say it. But if you can't get a badlands just keep saving up until you can or get something else or find one used cuz the whole powertrain has been proven in other cars even that fancy twin clutch rear differential was used in the focus RS. The motor. The transmission has been used for years. The PTU which is basically the transfer case has been used for years and it's been improved. It has slightly more volume and at least on the Badlands it has a cooler which it desperately needs, although I would have preferred an air cooler rather than the liquid cooler where it just uses the engines coolant. But I haven't had any problems in mind so far and I've taken it on some gnarly trails. Basically it's it's a great car and I love it. But I would never ever ever buy anything with that 1.5 liter.

      I agree that the 2.0 is the better option

    • @sock979
      @sock979 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When I was first reading about them before they came out, every model was supposed to come with the two liter It really sucks that they don't at least make it an option on all of the trims because not everyone needs the off-road stuff for the badlands and it is a big jump going from like a big bend to a badlands. Hopefully they can get the hybrid to work with the all-wheel drive system and people can at least have the option of the hybrid instead of that crappy 1.5 in the future and hopefully they can add air condition seats and the power seats should be able to tilt in the front and the back. Those are my other biggest gripes oh and 360 camera system and sync 4 instead not sync 3. I have it in my full size bronco and it's well. Honestly I don't really care except I want the 360 camera system in my bronco sport

    • @MOHAWKAUTO
      @MOHAWKAUTO  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sock979 the 360 camera is amazing and I think more cars should have it. I wouldn’t be surprised if that became a mandatory safety feature like the backup cameras ended up becoming. I also feel like the 2.0 should be offered in more trims and I’d like to see a bigger option as well if possible. Ford makes a lot of engine options and I feel like this was done to either force people to upgrade, or choose a different model altogether.
