Top of Austria Hike & Fly Großglockner

Vom Lucknerhaus 1.918 m in 5h30 auf den Großglockner 3.798 m dem höchsten Punkt Österreichs. Einfach geil! Am Keinglocknerkees war noch ein wenig zu viel Wind so das wir dann nach einer kurzen Abfahrt aus dem Könitzkees entspannt das Tal hinausfliegen konnten. Danke Florian für die Hammer-Tour!

Hey Philipp, seid ihr da Richtung Heiligenblut geflogen? Ich würd das die Tage auch gerne machen aber leider schwierig weil viel Schnee momentan und angespannte Lawinenlage...

Hallo Johannes, wir sind Richtung Lucknerhaus geflogen. Gestartet sind wir knapp außerhalb der Kernzone des Nationalparks. Innerhalb ist es leider verboten.

At the begin of may, it depends on the snow condition whether you use skies or go without ;)

This depends on the varying weather/now conditions in winter. It's better you ask one of the mountaineering guides from this area, they may can give you better information. I have only been on top once ;)
