Minister Patricia De Lille, Is one of oldest activists with clean record. She was mayor of COCT, started her own political party, minister of Public works and now Minister Tourism. No one have a better record than what she had done and is doing. She even give tips to incoming ministers show gracious. And she is colored .Show proud of Antie Pat.
