    Thorns or horn's? Your so correct. Not tiny, yet "little" your abilitie to see all sides of a situation is remarkable. I am learning so much from you. :)
    NB: everything is done, there's really nothing to do but watch the keystone get put into place, and then let the conversation of this planet begin. And that's going to be like the greatest public works project since the army corps of engineers last century after the depression. Everything is coming together precisely as easy as dominos fall. There are no more battles, people will relent to the goodness that is everything and everywhere. Am I wrong?

    It was about more than one thing. The freedom of God’s ppl who were in captivity and being abused for hundreds of years. It was also about pharaoh who thought he himself was the most high. God had to humble pharaoh for him to acknowledge the living God. It was also about Moses trusting God and being obedient to the Lord’s instructions. And it was about God answering the cries of his ppl and showing them his love, mercy and grace towards them. He demonstrated His power to each one of them simultaneously.His purpose for Israel was for them to turn to God and worship Him and love Him not just use Him for deliverance when they need something from Him. His forgiveness towards Israel has great depth.

    As a Hebrew who does not think God would have called Judah to be the spiritual teacher of the children of Abraham, since Judah sold his brother into slavery and impregnated his daughter-in-law... Plus... There was twelve Hebraic tribes... The Levites were divinely called to be the spiritual leaders, which was not a reward, but rather a punishment for helping Simeon destroy an entire town... Yet they were call, and that was never changed... However... I needed to hear your talk at this point as the economic enslavement from Davos self-appointed globalist robber barons attempts to economically enslave the entire world... When one needs reassuring that there is still hope that's not attached to a traitorous government string... You take wisdom where you can get it... And your talk was logical and common sense, when neither is any longer popular... Enjoy the afternoon... And thanks...

    An arc of spark-like fire could be thought of as a burning bush. Moses I believe was suffering with stress and had a migraine attack with aura. This kind of migraine is often painless, I have experienced it myself. It produces a bush-shaped arc of scintillating lights, like flames and zigzag sparkles. This hallucination that seems to be at arms length in front of the eyes, Moses interpreted as a bush that burned. Oliver Sacks in his book on Migraine describes three other features that often accompany this kind of migraine and which Moses also spoke of. One was that it can be accompanied by feelings of awe,( He felt he was on holy ground.) Secondly it can cause difficulty with speaking and thirdly a numbness in the arm and hand ( Moses spoke of a speech impediment and a temporary loss of feeling, leprosy, in his arm) Migraines can be caused by stress and dehydration and he was certainly in the desert and worried about having killed an Egyptian.

    The Torah People instead of waiting for Moshiach should be looking for their Bride, their Sarah. Hasheem is waiting for this great act of love, the union of the Torah People with their Bride, the embrace that shelters all the continents and peoples of this planet under Sarah’s Tent. Chabad came to America to Turtle Island to prepare for this Wedding and its Feast. To raise up Israel. To seek like Abraham - Truth, the Beauty the Bride nurtured by Hasheem in this land called America. May Moshiach attend this Wedding Feast Now.

    I don't want to sound cynical but how come there aren't any obvious signs these days? Maybe there are and I'm just not looking in the right place or through the right eyes. I want to, but where is today's burning bush, today's parting of the Red Sea, etc. God showed himself in so many ways back then but why isn't he showing himself in the same ways now-a-days? I honestly want to understand.

    • @nomorecensoringme
      @nomorecensoringme ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Those situations had a purpose to teach us about G-d. We don't need to see 'signs' to understand G-d, do we? Though if you think about it, we see 'signs' of G-d in too many things to list. Every day that something doesn't happen that could hurt or kill us. Every child that's born. Every sunrise, every sunset. And in every challenge. In every sorrow. It's all for a reason from G-d.
      If you knew anything about Chabad Lubavitcher Rebbe's, seven of them, and tzadiks ("righteous" individuals) you'd know that there have been an amazingly abundant accumulation of 'signs'. In this jaded, "seen everything", "prove it to me", kind of world we're in now, would we notice a 'burning bush' or a 'parted sea'?
      If you're not familiar with "Rebbes" or "tzadiks" it's difficult to offer an accurate description that goes well beyond "righteous".

      We don't 'share' any of that. Each 'atom' is unique and in its own existence. This idea of 'sharing' is so abhorrent. It negates the concept, the reality, the fact, that G-d created each of us to be unique. That we each have a unique mission. Nothing 'shared'. We 'share' being human, each being vital to G-d's Vast Eternal Plan. No morphing us together into one blob. What is the purpose of creating billions of people if we're all the 'same'?
      We also don't have the same 'conscience'. How could that possibly be, even as an existential 'conscience'?

    I have an idea for a sermon. I humbly suggest that you revisit this Frum Vs Non Frum matter. I make this suggestion because you teach that a person who observes 613 mitvas is not more Jewish than one who only observes 10 mitvas. Do you intend to imply that being more Jewish should not be our goal rather our goal should be to be more Holy. Is a Frum person more Holy by keeping 613 Mitvas than the one who keeps and observes only 10 mitvas. Hashem said I am Holy and you should be also. What is the path to being Holy, Rabbi. What is the point of giving 613 mitvas if there is nothing to gain by observing them- that is I am not more Jewish than another nor more Holy than another. Me, I am not one of these people who think a Rabbi must have all the answers to every single question. Its just that your sermons provoke me to think and I am sharing my thoughts and my thoughts may or may not be a ripe subject for your next lecture....

    • @nomorecensoringme

      'Sermon', talk given in church per definition. Can we expand our vocabulary to be Jewish?

    • @nomorecensoringme
      @nomorecensoringme ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm offering my thoughts after listening to probably a thousand hours or so of talks by Rabbi Friedman.
      The goal of a Jew is not 'to be more holy' per se. It is to do what Hashem wants. Is that being 'holy'? Or being G-dly, uniting with that part of our neshama?
      G-d gave us the mitzvot to tell us what He wants us to do that will make this world to being the place He can dwell in with us, after Moshiach comes and after the Redemption. Jews somewhere along the line twisted this idea to be that 'frum' living is the ultimate in being a Jew. Like a special "members only" club. It's not. A Jew is a Jew is a Jew. All valued. All important to Hashem. Each with their own mission, part of His Vast Eternal Plan.
      It's not a "contest". We're not supposed to be "better" than each other. We're to raise each other to observe as many mitzvot as possible, not stand pointing at others as being "less than" us in any way.
      Why would anyone want to be 'more Jewish' than his fellow Jew? Is that actually possible? Is being labeled 'more Jewish' a "reward"? Sounds like a "punishment" of isolation.
      Remember that the Second Temple was destroyed due to "baseless hatred"of our fellow Jews. The Third Temple will only be built, by Moshiach, when we Jews love each other, as equally valued Jews.
