    Definitely the power of repentance and the grieving sin brings to a repentant heart.

    • @nomorecensoringme
      @nomorecensoringme ปีที่แล้ว

      We're not supposed to 'grieve sin' since that makes it more important than teshuva (returning).

      Not true. The 7 Noahide Kaws are for all of the world to live by. The 613 commandments, including the Ten, are for Jews to live by. Nothing about peace or happiness in the Torah. It's what G-d wants and needs. That's it. Nothing needs to be added or clarified from that point.

    • @nomorecensoringme
      @nomorecensoringme ปีที่แล้ว

      How could that happen when the tablets were made out of stone?
      The tablets were given to Moses by G-d on top of the mountain?
      Why would G-d take something He didn't like, was disrespectful to Him, etc, and make it into something holy?

    I'm curious. Does Chabad recognise the existence of the other 12 tribes of Israel outside the Judeans? Historically or otherwise. in what context does the Rabbi use the word Jew? As a national identifier (erm... isn't that Israelite? For all the tribes, including the Judahites/Jews) or as a "religious" identifier (which works for me)
    תהילה לאפרים ולאלוהי יעקב

    • @Mark761966
      @Mark761966 ปีที่แล้ว

      I mean... There's a reason the place is called Israel and not Judah/Judea and it's citizens are called Israelis and not Judahites or Judeans.

    • @nomorecensoringme
      @nomorecensoringme ปีที่แล้ว

      A Jew is who G-d defined us as in the Torah.
      What is so important about other the 12 tribes that you need to know what CHaBaD thinks about them? Sounds more that you want to argue. Not what CHaBaD is about. Judaism doesn't need to be rationalized, justified or any other thing people almost demand here. It is what it is, from G-d.

      Maybe it’s best to start from the beginning.
      The creator created all.
      The creator created all for true meaning of connection.
      Everything in existence is created for the purpose of the one and only purpose.
      History is for elevating the matter.
      Before the commandments were delivered matter and spirit, where the same in the minds of pre-historic humans.
      After the golden calf, their consciousness of a higher spiritual existence was revealed, and therefore Moses does not cover his face until he’s done talking to show that after the revealed teachings, the rest of history is to figure out the hidden ones.
