@@dickywijaya9614 should he similar grind quality. Silenzio has a stronger motor, is quieter, has better portafilter fork, and has timed grinding. I went with the Manuale bc the other features were not important to me.
If you unscrew the adjuster fully open (coarsest setting) is there a stopping point? Or will the knob just come off?

Mignon is a line of grinders made by Eureka. The Manuale is one of the models in the Mignon line along with the Specialita, Silenzio, and others.
