What I Eat In A Day | veganuary edition- plant based, vegan, high protein and delicious

- I hope you enjoy these recipes, these are some of my weekly staples! Ingredients lists are below detailing what I used but all of these recipes can be adapted and flavoured to your own preferences!
Recipes in this video-
Baked Oats (Serves 2)-
2 Bananas
140g Oats
140g Plant Milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
Dash Cinnamon
2 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
Blueberries
Mix together in a dish and bake for 45mins, then top with oat milk and maple syrup!
Tempeh BLTs (Serves 2)-
For the Tempeh ‘bacon’-
1 block tempeh
Soy sauce
Garlic granules
Paprika
Black pepper
Dash of water
To Serve-
4 slices sourdough bread
Hummus
Lettuce
Beef tomato
Creamy Pasta (sauce serves 4 so perfect for meal prep)-
Sauce-
1 cauliflower
1 cup cashews
5 bulbs garlic
500mls vegetable stock
1 block silken tofu
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Blend, Mix and Serve!
