"No more boostane" would be worth getting a re-tune if one's 4.5 build came before these tunes, but yikes. Matt Farrah's 718 got 523hp/366tq on 91 octane. These numbers seem underwhelming for a 992 GT3 with a 4.5 on 93. I'd be mad if this was my 4.5.
Different dynos will read differently. Our Mainline ProHub dyno reads lower than the dyno at World where that was performed at. It's the before/after delta that matters. -Charles@M
@@m-engineeringllc Understood, but still though. Rick's dyno hub reads much higher as well. May have been more enlightening if the vid had a "before"? Not knocking you guys...drove my 981 to Ricks for more info on a "93 tune" a few years back, but had to sell before I could swing the conversion...looking to get another one, but not sure if I'd opt for the 718 and the upcoming "4.7".
@@colnagog6026 The car was delivered to our facility with the 4.5L already installed, we did not baseline it with the stock engine as it was never at our facility in that configuration. A lot of the time, clients send us cars with their hardparts and configurations already installed and tuning as the last step. We don't always get to baseline the cars before they get worked on. -Charles@M
Nice sound. Aren’t those cars doing 460whp with exhaust/headers only?
Do the 4.5 718 gt4s make more power than the 4.5 gt3s?
They are essentially the same.
