After I learned mine, it allowed me to recognize some people process information, communication, personal situations, systems and business a lot differently than me. Based on your results of this DISC profile assessment will determine what business tasks you gravitate to and which tasks you hate to do. Knowing this allows you to have a better understanding when you're interfacing with others around you.
Today my friend and business coach Kelly Ikenberry will hold a full in-depth training on how to use this DISC analysis test to not only understand YOUR personality type better, but understand different traits in others as well. She's a DiSC expert and has conducted well over 1,000 of these personality tests so she knows the system. My DISC test results say I'm a high i, so I'd get terribly frustrated when a person couldn't communicate the vision of what we were trying to accomplish. The test revealed to me that it's OK for some people to be more task oriented than vision oriented.
I also learned that some people simply aren't going to be as enthusiastic about things as I am. It's perfectly fine for a person to be a Driver instead of an Inspirer like me. This lady has a very pitchy/sporadically booming microphone and /scratchy voice in this webinar which is such a shame . I need to use cc subtitles to help me understand her .
