I’m from OKC but have not lived in Oklahoma since the early 80s Now living in the Orlando Fl. area. I think it should be built it’s mind blowing to think it could happen. I’ve built for top 10 GC for years Can’t wait to see this happen. GO LEGANDS TOWER !!!!Steve Smith Orlando Florida.
I really hope this is fulfilled. My health has been deteriorating for the last few years, and I’m not sure how long I’ll be around, and I’d love to see this happen before I go to Heaven. ❤
Build it ASAP! It will boost the tourism industry of OKC. And many skyscrapers in The USA, the birthplace of the skyscraper, are plain compared to newer ones in Asia. This one is spectacular.
Haha lets go!!! Yes those asia ones are so unique!! I went to Taiwan last year and even their standard apartments buildings are so unique and they are all different from each other!! OKC would def have more life and overall boost!!
This building is extremely bland and boring, a 3rd grader could have designed this ! If they insist on building it, the least they could do is design something interesting and kinda unique
The people who say this is a bad idea don’t understand what they are talking about, OKC has always had one of the tallest skylines in the country, having one of the tallest buildings in the country in the early 1930s that was taller than LAs tallest and almost as tall as Chicago’s tallest, and now they have the 12th tallest by state, which is still in the top 70 tallest buildings in the country
Thank you for sharing that perspective! Oklahoma City has indeed a rich history of impressive architectural achievements, and it's great to see that legacy continue with projects like the Legends Tower. The city's skyline has long been a symbol of its ambition and growth, and adding another iconic structure only enhances that narrative. I appreciate your insight and passion for OKC's architectural heritage!
Funding and everything is there. I watch them building all around the city everyday. They are preping for it. Which means they plan to do it. They say its a ten year project. To the people who keep saying it won't happen; its actually in the process BTW.
Thank you for pointing that out! The addition of a new $1B NBA arena nearby will certainly add to the dynamic transformation of the area, creating a vibrant hub of activity. It’s exciting to think about how these projects will complement each other and further enhance the community. Appreciate you bringing this up and for engaging with the video! I will definitely do a video on this one!!
Thank you for your enthusiasm! The Legends Tower is certainly designed with durability in mind, and it's exciting to imagine how it could withstand extreme conditions. Let’s hope the project moves forward smoothly so we can all see this architectural marvel come to life. Appreciate your support and interest in the video!
What a joke. A money losing joke. Oklahoma needs to invest in their education dept, not build an empty useless tower in the middle of tornado alley. OKC is not Dubai.
Don't you see how this will make this a tourism magnet for a probably unbelievable amount of visits/economic activities and retail(s)/breathtaking views from sky restaurant(s) ... A good investment and light exercise for our American architects, and a place to inspire future architects and designers and engineers to peruse their dreams and to always reach for the sky.. We were home to/the birthplace of the super structures, after all.. .

@@vtr279 Oklahoma's money would be better spent upgrading their schools. No one outside of Oklahoma wants to go there.
Will Never Happen!
It Already got approved by the city same with zoning permit. Same with the new 1 billion dollar NBA stadium. Construction should commence pretty soon.
I got a buddy in AO (architects) its happening as of now. Check back in 1 year 😁
Awaiting FAA clearance/Approval.
That tower will never be built.
