I remember dealing with my ex, who was a lot like this. At first i made the huge mistake of believing that he'd behave like a rational human being and also treat our daughter properly. But he played all the same games where unless every single detail about custody/visitation/hand overs/holidays/school matters/parenting etc.. was written down he'd say, "well it's not clear, how was I to know that leaving a 4 year old in a park on her own wasn't right. No one has every STIPULATED to that." So, my attorney and I, the court appointed parenting coordinator and the involved judges all endeavoured to put every single god damned thing down on paper for him. At which point, he said "the problem is you are all over-controlling me. You're taking away all my autonomy, and no one likes that, you're deliberately making me angry and setting up traps to catch me out not complying with all your pages of stipulations." The perfect aggressive passive aggression. The upshot? The parenting coordinator quit. She told the court she couldn't work with him (and she worked with murderers..she was no shrinking violet). His attorneys stopped working with him too...he went through 13. And 6 weeks before she turned 18 (at 18, all court orders turned back into a pumpkin) my daughter stopped taking phone calls from him and she's never communicated with him again. Horrible parents LOVE playing that game of "well it is unclear' or "when I said I wanted to kill my evil ex, I meant my ex from when I was 12 years old" . But then, on occasion they cross paths with a judge who WILL hold them accountable. The trouble is, it usually takes years and years before that happens, and by then, so much damage has been done to the child, and the horrible parent has too ingrained an habit of ignoring court orders. They might get the odd day in jail or lose a week of custody, but that won't make up for the 150 times they've broken all stipulations already, and will do it again in the future, causing still more damage to the child.
It took till 35:00 for that to be finally disclosed given the manner in which this video was edited and uploaded. It's about parental kidnapping (criminal) charges after she defied a court order to return the child. Needless to say, they've got plenty going on in family court as well in terms of visitation and whatnot. But this is a criminal court hearing for probable cause on kidnapping charges...which Simpson rules on at 41:00.
It's is so irritating to listen to him 'um' his way through his examination of the witness - he should listen to. his own presentation to see how frustrating it is to have these fillers sprinkled liberally throughout. Learn to speak properly in court!!!!!!!
This video or case is old. The mom didn’t think she was in charge. And Judge Simpson goes after the dad for going to his buddy for getting involved ima Civil matter then his PROSECUTOR FOR ALSO GETTING INVOLVED INA CIVIL MATTER. Because the dad is an EXCOP. What click bait mom did what she should have this dad is a Narcissist with his buddies obviously
Doesn't matter if it's old. And your analysis is wrong. You also claim things that don't actually happen. There's no indication that either of them is acting like a narcissist. Don't confuse this with your own case - although I suspect your analysis wouldn't apply to that, either.
@ with my own case? Excuse me? I don’t have a case with a baby daddy lady. I don’t have any children. Jesus you need to seriously go get your head checked. You have more issues, than anyone agreed too. Don’t get them confused with my case- oh my bad if I got court case reruns confused. It must mean I am projecting my “trauma” onto fictious court entities right? Not I could just be watching it and believe it’s another case and didn’t feel like watch in it all the way thru? Cuz it’s the same prsecutor. Same premise. The baby daddy was an ex cop ended up having his ex wife investigated and judge Simpson gets pissed off about it. It’s why I remembered it, but nonetheless. HAHA: weirdo. Sounds like someone used that gaslighting on you so u felt like inflicting harm onto another person. But uh. Ya wrong one. Haha. Just wrong rerun I guess I think it’s funnier u mistook me for yourself
Judge Judy : ''um'' is not an answer!
Nor is it a question 😁

Clearly mom was stalling by saying the order was not real.
I lost count how many times that attorney says ‘um’ and ‘uh’ 🙄
Be careful who you sleep with ....
Better still...ALWAYS use birth control. ALWAYS.
She feels its her rules and end of story.
Thanks for the video
No problem!
They likely divorced when she realized her married name would be Lovely-Johnson.
😂😂
this lady let her name go right to her head! there is nothing ''lovely'' about her!
What does any of this have to do with visitation?

I wonder if he realizes he has a problem repeating the word umm
The attorney for the Dad sounds quite nervous.

Human beings are people, not objects. It’s “Mom Who”, not “Mom That”. ffs folks - English grammar is hardly rocket science.
Might want to fix that ffs after the period.
Defense attorney should learn to speak without the use of um, uh and yeah, so much. It makes me wonder about his education .
Ditto for whomever wrote the title for the clip.
There's this thing called nerves.... as in anxiety/stress.
Um
Sound is really ad
