Figure out what you have invested in the 22 road glide. Im sure you can get a decent price for it. Personally I'd like to see you get a 24 road glide, not the cvo st, but the standard, then do your thing and modify it how you want. The cvo st is already done pretty much. More interesting to see you do you own modifications, and its already a great bike to start with. Just my 2 cents. 👍
The 24 is a beast.. I do look every year in the show room at the new iron.. And then look out in the parking lot at my bike and say to myself.. "nope: nothing in here even comes close to the hype... They are very nice but I’ve seen a few videos already of guys that are having electrical problems with these new bikes and are being left stranded out on the road. Check it out. There are several videos out there on TH-cam.

They usually address everyone’s problems within a few months or so and then these issues are gone by model year two or three. Just check the Pan America and Sportster S releases vs where they are now with those bikes. No more issues today.
You did an excellent job with the 2024 Road Glide CVO ST first ride review. The program with the engineers at Harley Davidson explaining the development of the new Road Glide and Street Glide was very informative as well. As usual, these bikes were done right. One thing about Harley Davidson is they won't compromise quality and innovation just to rush getting the bikes on the showroom floor. They will only be released when the product meets their objectives, and they reach rigorous standards. I would think the standard version of the Road Glide and Street Glide would be more appropriate if you are going to do a lot of modifications. The whole point of buying a CVO is you are getting a premium motorcycle, so you don't have to do a lot of modifications. You can just enjoy riding the bike. You are in a winning situation, if the price is right, you would sell your current bike. If not, you still have a high-performance bike to ride and enjoy.

You definitely need to upgrade to a 24. It’s such an incredible platform to begin a new build with. As for the choice between the CVO ST and the standard, I guess it would come down to your plans for suspension. If you plan your do another +2 then the CVO’s suspension would be a waste. One thing is for sure if I were selling mad max, I’d be keeping those carbon wheels. No matter your decision, you can’t go wrong.
i'm looking at a '24 street glide myself, but it's infuriating cause NOTHING fits! Ciro doesn't even have anything that'll fit the bags or anything.. it appears they changed the wiring harness too, along with the bags, tank, and fairing design.. can't wait to pull the trigger on it, but gotta have some accessories for it!

I definitely get it as far as having the new best thing as a youtuber. Once the 24 came out, I already knew a majority of content creators were going to purchase the 24 it's a business decision. Most riders that put all that work into a build and only keep it for a year and a half is not really done that much. Again, once something new is coming out, you can pretty much guarantee serious youtubers are going to purchase the new bike. It's rare to see them keep their original bike and also go purchase a new one. All in all, it's just a business decision. Enjoy the new ride.👍
Love your bike but, yeah, I agree the 24’s are incredible. Been a long time since HD has made a jump like this. I’ve got a similar dilemma. Built out a 22 Fatboy. Murdered out in black, powdered coated wheels, digital dash, stage 2, etc. If I trade it, I get killed. If I sell, I get killed a little less! All that being said, I’ll be on a new CVO this spring 😂
I think you should give it to Cam. And then, buy a ‘24 standard Road Glide instead of a CVO and show everyone all the new parts available for the new models.
I agree with the comments below, I'd love to see what you'd do with a new Harley CVO ST or Standard for that matter. Wish I needed another bike, but my newest addition is the 24 CVO RG in legendary orange, John...it's stunning! I don't want to sell my 2015 Ultra Limited, great for the wife and I, so I'm keeping that one too. It will be interesting to see what you will do with the new Road Glide, personaly I don't ride Tourings anymore, at 64 they begin to be too heavy for me and I don't need such a big bike for my style of riding and the roads we have in France, my FXLRS suits me very well, but I have seen the new models at my local dealer and I like the new look of them, just the new shark nose which I can't get used to, I use to like to like the old one with the double optic which has been the signature of the model for a long time and I don't like the new screen, I would prefer the analog gauges, but it’s progress and we have to live with it.
You could always raffle the mad max bike off then go get another new cvo st we all want to see the new bike content 👌 or sell shirts of a limited run for how ever much then you get what you want for it and make it fun to see who could get it ...

The 24 models are new and they need at least one year to get settled. You need new content, BUT do you really need to jump at this new shiny object right now? Personally, I'm not a fan of the new design. Don't like the change in the tank, fairing and saddle bags. If i was to sell my SG i would go with a 23 RG, SG or RK. Disappointed that they didn't offer the RK Classic for 24. With EPA cracking down, they are going to make it harder to get after market performance parts. From my understanding they will hold the after market dealers accountable.

I have to share my experience with kemimoto as I am shocked at what has happened with my recent purchases. So I ordered an entire set of gear from them from watching your videos. The gloves showed up brand new never opened. They are fantastic. My pants were in an open box in a soaking wet plastic bag covered in mildew. At this point I’m livid cause I opened it in my house. My jacket was another opened box. It contained a pair of heated pant liners. 🤦🏼At this point I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry lol. So kemimoto sends me out a new pair of pants woohoo. With a defective used battery pack. Then they send me out a new jacket that’s Asian sized instead of the xl size I ordered. I’m just done with them at this point. Oh and the new jacket they sent was used/ a return item as well.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the new design. Don't like the change in the tank, fairing and saddle bags. If i was to sell my SG i would go with a 23 RG, SG or RK. Disappointed that they didn't offer the RK Classic for 24. With EPA cracking down, they are going to make it harder to get after market performance parts. From my understanding they will hold the after market dealers accountable.

I have to share my experience with kemimoto as I am shocked at what has happened with my recent purchases. So I ordered an entire set of gear from them from watching your videos. The gloves showed up brand new never opened. They are fantastic. My pants were in an open box in a soaking wet plastic bag covered in mildew. At this point I’m livid cause I opened it in my house. My jacket was another opened box. It contained a pair of heated pant liners. 🤦🏼At this point I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry lol. So kemimoto sends me out a new pair of pants woohoo. With a defective used battery pack. Then they send me out a new jacket that’s Asian sized instead of the xl size I ordered. I’m just done with them at this point. Oh and the new jacket they sent was used/ a return item as well.
