    Just bought a 300 size shear, can't wait to get going with it. Will be better than a chainsaw anyway, hired a flail a couple of years ago and really wasn't impressed

    Any idea on what pressure is needed to operate it

      Depending on the thickness of material you are cutting it runs usually from 280bar (4000psi) to 350bar(4800psi) as far as I can recall!

      I've looked at another one but it took the full 350 bar to operate it but was poor at cutting the heavy stuff

      @@Jp-eo7jl Also depends on how well they are built, this manufacturer is very good at building them, on thick stuff he recommended snipping a bird’s mouth out of the main trunk first with it!
