I’m a proud new owner of a Fulaim X5 and loving its wireless functionality and quality in comparison to the more expensive competition. BUT… I have a wired lav, a Purplepanda, at 20% of the price and to my ears it gives better sound. Pity it’s not wireless!!!😊

Magnets: My unit came with 2 magnets. By the way, I have a supply of circular button like magnets which work really well as alternatives, should you/when you lose the original ones!!!

when its visible, then its redundant. Mics aren't supposed to be seen, or at least be big. Lapelle mics are best since they are much smaller.

With the magnet you can mount the transmitter underneath your shirt with just the small round magnet visible on the surface. My experience is that the sound quality is just as good though underneath the shirt.

Clipping: I’ve not noticed any clipping. I’ll watch out for it.

Copy! Yea I would keep the db around 3 or 4. It’s good for what it can do just keep an eye out on that
