- The recipe belongs to my great-grandfather! The whole family loves this recipe. Try to prepare a delicious dish - Julienne with mashed potatoes. Recipe:
Potatoes - 1 kg (2.2 pounds).
Cook until done.
The potatoes are cooked.
Eggs - 3 pieces.
Salt/Pepper/Oregano to taste.
Mix well.
Place in a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Mushrooms - 200 g (7 oz).
Sauté the mushrooms for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Chicken fillet - 2 pieces (200-250 g).
Sauté for 15 minutes over medium heat.
Salt/Pepper to taste.
Dried garlic.
Delicious sausages 2 pieces - 150 g (5.5 oz).
Sauté for another 5 minutes.
Cream 20% - 200 ml (7 fl oz).
Sauté for 2 minutes.
Cheddar cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz).
Remove the potatoes from the oven.
Pour the filling over the potatoes.
Generously sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
