Living underground sounds like a bargain. I pay over $400mo for power which is virtually all air conditioning and electric heat usage. Aside from humidity issues living underground, what are the other drawbacks? Here in the States, in the South East, I don’t know of anyone living below ground 🤷♂️ I suppose this is only a desert climate thing?

They need to be underground. The temperature there is often 45-50c so very hot
