I get what you mean but Ushiwaka was kinda right. The main reason oikawa went to seijoh was to beat ushiwaka. So from ushiwaka's pov, had oikawa just come to shiratorizawa, they would've been INSANEEE

The best that Shiratorizawa did at Nationals was getting to quarter-finals. With Oikawa as their setter, Shiratorizawa would actually become a powerhouse at Nationals level. They would be a contender for the Championship. I would say that had Oikawa chosen to join Shiratorizawa instead of Aoba Johsai, he would be on the Japan U-19 team with Ushiwaka right now.
