I actually told the Navy if you leave me in Japan I will give you as many years as you want. I stayed in the San Diego area after leaving the Navy. I met my wife. She was a 17 year old beautiful young lady. A little past her 18th birthday we got married. I have the Hollies music on my computer, music takes me back to a time I lived life on my own terms. Slowing down taking time to watch birds in our back yard. You can judge the health of a society by it's culture. Anybody with any doubt that we are in terminal decline in the west need only listen to this, and just about any music from the 60's and 70's- and compare it to the instantly forgettable garbage that passes for popular music today.
