I can't do a lot of lower body workouts at the moment, I'm about a month and a half post ACL reconstruction. BUT I will be saving this one for when I can do leg days again because this looks incredible.

So happy you showed yourself doing walking lunges!💕 , I feel like I can't do a proper lunge to save my life ! 😩😏 my back leg is always either to far back or up I tried doing bulgarian split squats on my last leg day OMG I felt like I was gonna twist my ankle because it wouldn't stay straight when I was squatting . Great video like always .‼️ 😊😊😊
I love your edits! Btw the longer the lunge the more glute activation. The shorter the lunge the more quadriceps activation. Keep up the great work, Nikki and Ashley! 🤗

The expression of pain on your face even seconds after you completed those quad extensions had me thinking she pushes mad hard! You are training goals! But you're so sweet natured you never brag about how hard you work for that booty. Please give more details like sets reps. All the best 😘
My body responds really well to high intensity workouts whilst on a cut. I see the difference fast. Do you do any fitness classes such as yoga, circuits anything like that xx🍍🍍

if I was doing like deadlifts or more holding-dumbbell things, I'd prob take them off but otherwise i don't really notice them!
