Sad to think that the Volvo brand has been sadly wrecked by foreign companies, post Ford, the same way as both Jaguar and Land Rover, which under Ford ownership all three companies were well developed by Ford. Such a shame! Didn't know that the Mercedes A-Class was built by a third party company. Interesting upload. Some Jaguars, Volvos and Land Rovers are now also made in China, whilst I have heard that some engines manufactured for JLR by Tata in India and they are not that well made and are unreliable.
You're right, the changes after Ford's ownership have had a big impact on these brands. The shift to global production has definitely affected quality and design in some cases
Where are the 1.2 puretech engined Peugeot,Citroen other Stellantis cars also where is 1.0 Ecoboost engined Fords. These are the worst cars ever made, with major engine problems.
@@Ummo2850 , they are all equal. they all break if not maintained properly. even a rolls will break if not maintained properly. believe me, I'm a mechanic for bmw.
No but when evaluated on the current service and engineering we can say goodbye to them. They’ve been ripping buyers and no quality for more money. Insane greed and political submissiveness
The wet cam belt is designed to be more durable since it’s lubricated, but it still has a lifespan and needs to be checked or replaced. It’s not as common as a dry belt, but some Ford engines do use this system.
@AutoPulseChannel A case of the best intentions not working out in practice. Oil and rubber do not mix as the oil has the effect of dissolving the belt and initial expectations of 150,000 km interval before replacement have been reduced to 50,000 k on both Puretech and Ecoboost engines.
Toyota cars are generally really reliable! Not the most exciting, but they last a long time with minimal issues. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for something low-maintenance.
Congrats, someone who really did research and did a great job. 😊😊
About Bmw X6 - go with either 30d , 40i ,40d and you will be good
Yep, good power and performance.

I've hated Mercedes since I owned one.
Used to get a new one every year for 13 years, don’t touch them ever again. Had it!
@@Ummo2850 which one?
Spot on…used to be a top luxury brand…they are so poorly assembled now.
Fit and finish looks good until you start touching “stuff” inside /out!!

Totally agree! Those engines have had some serious issues. Hopefully, they learn from it and make improvements down the line.
Never heard of the Ford Territory.
Hey man! How do i reach out.
Toyota have been the best and will always bee 😊😊😊 12:59
Toyota’s definitely known for their reliability! It’s hard to beat that, but every brand has its ups and downs. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
There are no more bad cars only bad maintenance
This is politically correct rhetoric put out there by automakers to convince us of such. They’ve become a are not all equal

OEMs, german and japanese cars are thing of the past, put them in your rear view mirrors
Maybe, but those brands ruled the game for years. Can’t erase that just like that. Hard to ignore their legacy.

Fords ecoboost family, most are great drive trains.
True! The EcoBoost family has some strong drivetrains, especially for daily driving. They deliver good power while keeping efficiency in check."

@himo3973 Yes, but the 2.3 has a chain and I believe the 2.7 has chains.
Ford Territory? Suzuki? Is this worst rides around the world?
We’ll probably have to make a longer list for this year. But yes, those are just a few cars you should avoid this year.
Ford territory is from Chyna, 🥱
Jeep Cherokee v6 is still a great car.
True, the V6 is solid, but maintenance can add up. Still a good ride!
