- How can a sinner be reconciled to a holy God? Of all of life's questions, this is the most important. Various answers to this question have been given by the world's religions and philosophies and many people are even confused about what the Biblical answer is. The Bible teaches that humans are so sinful that we can do nothing to save ourselves and must look to Another to rescue us. That Rescuer is the Lord Jesus Christ and only he can reconcile sinners to a perfectly holy God because of his perfect life, substitutionary death, and glorious resurrection.

Thank you Lord God for people like Paul Washer. Please O God, help every soul, let us repent of all our sins. Help us Lord God. Thank You Jesus.

How did you come to that conclusion?
Amen! A God fearing man, husband, father, and pastor
When everything had fallen apart
When everything was a mess
When I had no desire or strenght
To go back to God
To fix my life back up again
It wasn't the notes I write in my phone
That inspired me to try again
It wasn't the plans I had for my future
It wasn't the goals I had for my future
It wasn't anyone else that managed to motivate me and it certainly wasn't some internal willpower for i was completely out.
In the end, when the chips were down and everything had gone to hell,
It was hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ again
That inspired me to stand back up and try again.
Hearing my gospel of salvation was what made me get on my knees and repent of my sins again
Hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ
What God had done for me through His Son
What Christ had done for me on the cross
Hearing more and more detail about it
Made me break in shame and tears
In joy and freedom
I am saved
He died for me
So i can live
He gave His innocent life for my guilty one
He sacrificed Himself for my sins.
My crimes were all blamed on Him.
And no matter how evil my sins
No matter how disgusting and depraved i become ethically and morally
To think He already saw me at my worst
And He still died for me
And my worst darkest crimes were blamed on His innocent pure divine Blood
Jesus Who had never given anyone one reason to hate Him
Was blamed for MY sins?
ME?
He died for ME?
a selfish self centered immoral perverted monster like me?
Does He know how many people ive hurt?
Does He know how many lies ive told and how many times ive thought done and imagined things unspeakable?
And yet He chose to die for me?
Why?
Because He loves me.
But im completely worthless and selfish why would He love someone like me?
Because He IS love.
He loves me not because of who i am me, He love me because of Who He is.
And thats always when my heart breaks.
Dont do this Lord, this isn't right its not fair im the one that should be dead right now
Please get off that cross i beg you
And the only reponse He gives is
"I love you"
Thats what breaks my heart.
How could i continue sinning against Him?
Of all the people ive hurt
They always run from me
But no matter how much i sin against HIM
He keeps loving me more and more
I cant do this.
I want to please Him but i fail Him everyday
And He still loves me
He saw my worst and darkest most disgusting actions thought and words
He saw me taking pleasure in those evil sins i committed everysingle day
And He said
I want to die for him?
How could i not live for Him?
How could i not go back to Him?
Those are always the thoughts that go through my head when i hear the gospel of Jesus Christ preached.
And eventually my heart breaks
And i go back to Him.
If He loves me so much He died for me
Then i will live for Him
Its His love that inspires me to try again
Its His love demonstrated on the cross
That sets me on fire and forces me
To try again.
Its always His love.
Not even this note.
For i know when i am on the verge of suicide
After having committed unspeakable sins again
After having fallen again
I will not even have the strength to get off my bed
But once i hear the gospel of Jesus Christ
I will rise up
Kneel down
And in a broken tired voice proclaim
"Jesus is LORD"

I love this man of God but when he starts to yell, i switch off.
Pastor Wilkerson is the same and I love him too ! but my anxiety levels hit the roof! Such a shame they feel the need to yell.

They all believe in the same eternal God. Their teachings may differ slightly but I don’t believe it’s a salvation issue, well i hope not anyway. I know David Wilkerson had a heart for God.

I think it's not so much as yelling as it is soulful conviction and excitement. It comes across as yelling, but I don't think it is meant that way.
