I had this bacteria and started treatment after 30 days. The culture showed antibiotics to which the bacteria are sensitive. I took levofloxacin twice and then amoxicillin with clavulanate. The detail was in the sore throat, but the extension and a small pus in the throat is present. I haven't taken benzetacil penicillin yet. Is it possible to have had resistance and not have been cured even with this treatment?
