Gold is more like a daily useable card that act as powehouse for earning points. Csp itself is a full on travel card that offers tremendous protection.
I just confirmed with my local Chase branch today (6/11/24) regarding Chase offering an additional 10k pts (85K total) if you apply for the CSP in branch.
Your $10,000 spend comparison is a bit misleading. Unless all $2,000 spent on the gold card was flights it’s not 3x points. CSP covers all travel, gold does not.
Totally understand what you mean here. I just wanted a number by number comparison to make it simple so I just put it as a broad travel category, should’ve said flight to flight comparison here. Thanks for catching that
Wrong….AMEX travel earns 3x ONLY if you purchase direct with airlines and Amex portal. It’s more limited than Chase. Chase Travel earn 2x direct with a hotel, cab, taxis, Uber, airlines and much much more. AMEX will earn 1x.
75,000 it’s still here via referral!

You have to keep in mind with Amax gold, green and platinum. You could pay $15-$26 One time up to 45 days I think for primary car insurance
Such an informative video. Thanks!

I got the Sapphire preferred. For $95 it can’t be beaten. 😂
