- This video explains the treatment of tuberculosis according to the Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program of India 2017 regimen (99 DOTS). The fixed dose combinations - 4FDC & 3FDC and the incorporation of information technology for monitoring pill on hand adherence in 99 DOTS scheme are highlighted.

The way this lecture is formed is commendable.
2018 update: Category 2 treatment same as category 1 i.e. Intensive phase with 4-FDC for 2 months and Continuous phase with 3-FDC for 4 months. Total duration of treatment 6 months.
* Streptomycin injection is no more.

Their Daily Dosages and Frequency, Their alteration, Combinations, How to monitor and vary the dose accordingly, how to increase and decrease their dose(titration), their usage during pregnancy, their major side effects, How and when to stop them.
