    This video was a lot of fun to make and really enjoyed the experience of using Fuji recipes, slightly daunting knowing there was no second chances in the edit. But I found a real flow with it.
    Would love to know if you have any recipes I should try out and what was your favourite for the video ?

    Very much enjoyed the Ilford HP5 photos. Personally, I love the versatility of this recipe. Not as high contrast as other black & white (especially Acros) recipes, but has a great look to it nonetheless.

    Super video and shots! You've totally inspired me to start trying out some film recipes. I'm like you, shot on Fujifilm for a while (since 2018) but have only used the default simulations as is. This gives me an idea of what to expect from some of the recipes.

It's easier in a busy environment but less so in a quieter one. I particularly liked one of your comments on how time does not apply to some photos. Very good interpretation.

      @@LifeWorkDreams i have not called myself a photographer yet. I need a lot of training but I shoot everyday and never leave the apartment without a camera in my hand. I had a stroke 5 years ago and to help me a Dr told me photography could help me with all my issues. I never touched a camera. Then I just went online and got me a X100f, Sony a6000, G7xII, and several film point and shoots. And now I am really getting in to more and more so hopefully I can feel right to call myself a photographer when I know how to use all my cameras and in Manual. Does the X100V allow you to save various white balances for each of your recipes? I have the XT3 and it seems like it can’t be saved for each custom setting. So it has prohibited me from creating film recipes because if I switch from one to another I need to recall what the appropriate white balance is and update it each time. Maybe I’m missing something?

    • @LifeWorkDreams
      @LifeWorkDreams  2 ปีที่แล้ว
