I stand corrected. After a few comments and a bit or research it now seems much more likely that at some point the bike the bike was sporting a Mick Doohan Repsol replica paint job. Cheers Guys for pointing that out :)
ive been off the interweb for 7 months but i did think it might have been my old repsol replica..... which was pristine when i sold it! At least its more than pristine now.
Our favorite Scot is back! It sure is a treat watching you do your magic, my friend. It looks like that poor paint stripper worked some major overtime getting those poor panels deglazed of all that paint. It’s hard to believe it took you such a long time to get them back to bare plastic. This project sure was a handful, but I’m glad you got it all completed to perfection. She sure is a beauty, and no corners were cut, as always. Your skills are otherworldly, keep up the great work. Thank you for always giving us your very best, my friend. Take care of yourself, and we’ll see you on the next one.
Exactly my friend and i just refuse to post useless content and clickbait as I have much more respect for you my viewers than that, even if it does make the algorithm punish me.
I think what is so impressive is not only your skills, but the range of skills. There doesn't seem to be anything you can't do to an incredible standard (apart from the seat upholstery, but I bet you could if you wanted to!). Absolutely marvellous and to bring this bike back to showroom - or better - condition is a treat to watch.
My wife and me always ask each other "what good happened today?" For the past few years I've been telling her "my favourite TH-camr added a new video" as your work really makes my day better. Thank you for all the amazing content!
Thank you, I apologise for the wait but some episodes are alot more labor intensive than others im afraid :( really happy to hear that you enjoy the videos though :)
@RRCRestoration I must admit I was extra interested in this one as I had an NC24 almost 30 years ago in these same colours. Can't wait to see you ride this one (and hear it, the whirring sound brings back so many memories!)
PERFECT late night video! My newborn just woke up and I’m currently feeding her. This one entertains me, and the noises are soothing her back to sleep. Man it’s been awhile but I’m so happy this beauty is finally back together better than new!!!!! Enjoy the heck out of her!!!
It's really a treat to watch when someone takes pride in the workmanship at hand, and go above and beyond to make every single part comes out flaw!! Great job!!! 😊😊
Amazing series and quality work. As a rider of an NC30 25 years ago, you did not only bring this bike back to life, you brought my memories back. The most fun I have ever had on a bike is with that little pocket rocket.
The VFR looked stunning in the 90’s when I ride sports bikes (as everyone did) and it still looks great now. Design hadn’t dated at all. Superb restoration and attention to detail is second to none as always.
I had no idea that people were stealing other's works and posting as their own until recently. I have noticed a number of channels doing the same as you. Such a shame. Your work is absolutely without equal! Thanks for sharing your time and talent with all of us!

I just started the episode but wanted to say thank you for taking the time to share your talent. I always appreciate your videos- the time/patience/attention to detail is always appreciated.
You’ve given me so much motivation during the years! I’m now on my 8th restoration, learning on the way and by watching your videos. I’m now working on a Yamaha RD350 Lc 1982.

Wow! Usually I admire your restoration work but here, I admit that you amazed me. This is a motorcycle dear to my heart and I couldn't wait to see this superb machine running again. In addition, I have learned a lot since I followed your channel and the fairing repair stage is a lesson for me because I have often had small problems on the road and now I know how to fix them. Well done and thank you .... Bonjour de la france et bonne continuation
I am speechless!!! What an incredible restoration. Your attention to detail and true master craftsmanship is truly amazing. That motorcycle is going to be a head turner for sure. I have watched the last episode three times already. You really have outdone yourself this time. Truly a gorgeous motorcycle. Cheers my friend and a massive thank you for creating such incredible content for all of us to marvel at. Cheers for a job well done 🥃
It never fails to amaze how a simple coat of paint gives a piece an entirely new life and erases every scar it suffered in its previous life. I reckon I'd just buy an entirely new set of panels and put these up for sale for the handyman with money to burn... but that's another $500 compared to probably $30 and an hour or two in repairs.
No! Thank you! It is wonderful to see someone use so many fantastic skills (I am guessing that body work is something that you have majored on) .
