I want to say I really admire Megan..
You're a great mom and sometimes you can come across a little over bearing...but in a good way. You make sure the family eats together, always in the kitchen cooking.
Your family adopted and created a home to some very lucky kids. I just wanted to say that I've wished I was part of your family because everyone from we can see are happy and you make me want to buy a RV...thrifting are some of my favorite videos.
Megan you're great, entertaining, very talented and a great person.

Happy 21st birthday Elijah. Chocolate peanut butter pie.
Use any type of crust you want and bake it if it's not the premade kind. Take peanut butter and mix in powdered sugar, I don't measure just add to your preferred Sweetness then I mix in some whipped cream to make it more creamy, just add until your satisfied with the consistency, then put in the pie crust and top with melted chocolate or chocolate ganache, let set In the fridge until it's cold and then enjoy.

Ingredients:
Regular pie crust
2 cream cheese stick
2 eggs
1 evaporated milk can
1 sweetend condensed milk can
And in the empty condensed can add milk and pour in to mixture
Mix until we’ll combined pour into pie crust and put in the oven for 350 until tooth pick or fork comes out clean best served cold :) thank me later🥰🦋
It’s definitely interesting to watch how you are celebrating Elijah’s 21st. Being a family that doesn’t drink, it’s actually refreshing to watch. So often people head to Vegas and get totally drunk when they turn 21. While I don’t have anything against enjoying a drink once in a while, I don’t think that it’s needed for a good time.

Please try Rhubarb pie! I'm not sure if the ingredients are in season, but it's without comparison my favorite pie.
There's Polly's Pies in LA and Orange County, CA that make such a good Rhubarb pie. And there is a famous Pie town called Julian in east San Diego County, in the hills, that make great rhubarb pie. If you ever go RVing in San Diego, I suggest checking out Julian. It's such a cute town and so fun to go to in October when the leaves are starting to turn and you can go apple picking.

1984 Champ Chocolate Chip Pie
Best easy pie ever. I make three of these every Thanksgiving. One to eat and other two are given to families to take home and enjoy. I also make this pie several times a year. ENJOY!!!!!!!
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 cup semi-chocolate chips (or more)
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
Blend sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla and butter. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans (if using them).
Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm.
A simple and quick pie/no bake is Mexican Lime Pie/Torta De Lima it’s just basically Maria cookies and condensed milk and fresh lime juice and it’s a no bake pie and is so refreshing

Taco pie… a layer of refried beans then a layer of cream cheese layer of shredded chicken layer of Shredded Jack Cheese then the last topping is Jiffy corn bread mix on top and bake in the oven at 350 for 35 minutes and ur done Delish.

Kool-Aid pie any type of Kool-Aid mix it with sweet condensed milk and one container of Cool Whip and put it in a bowl put it in the mix it all together in a bowl and then put it in a cake pan or excuse me pie pan and put it in the fridge for four hours total set up and you’re done
I have super fond memories of gathering blackcurrants for mum’s famous blackcurrant tart! Delicious. And try gooseberry tart for another taste sensation. The tang and sourness from the fruit just goes so well with the sugar, short crust pastry and cream!!!!!! Mmmmmmm. Love from New Zealand 🇳🇿
My favorite pie in the world is an old Mennonite/Amish recipe. It’s oatmeal pie. It’s like a pecan pie without the nuts. My recipe uses real maple syrup. I can’t get the recipe to copy here, but it’s easy to goggle.

Hershey pie: either graham cracker or Oreo pie crust. In a double boiler melt 6 Hershey bars. Then whisk in 1 1/2 cool whip containers. Pour in pie crust and place in freezer til set.

Hey Megan, another ice cream cake that’s so good, is you use chips ahoy chocolate chip hard cookies., they come in 2 sleeves. Herseys chocolate syrup, crush one sleeve cookies into large baking pan, pour chocolate syrup over then take a block of vanilla ice cream cut it into squares and lay over the cookies and syrup then take the other sleeve of cookies crush them over the ice cream and then chocolate syrup over that then freeze. Delish was one of my kids favorite

Sausage Pie
pastry base (blind baked before adding filling)
add about an 1/8inch layer of caramelised onion chutney on to the pastry base once cooked.
Then add a mix of sausage meat and fine chopped fresh parsley (use as much or as little parsley as you like, usualy 8 standard sized sausages will be enough for a 9inch round pie tin) on top of the chutney.
cover with more pastry and egg-wash the top.
bake at around 180 degrees celcius for around 20-25 minute untill the pie top is golden brown.
best served warm, also a good accompaniment would be mashed potatos and gravy.
My mum makes this pie a fair bit and it's definitely a crowd pleaser

After looking at all the pie lists the only ones I can think of that I didn’t see mentioned are lemon pie and mincemeat pie. I know, I know not too many people like mincemeat pie. Have you ever had Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Pie? Two pie crusts. The corn of 4 cobs (I parboill).. Onion and celery .) sauteed. Parsley, butter and milk. Salt and pepper to taste. A layer of hard boiled eggs under the top crust. For your family you may want to double or triple this recipe. ( Lots of recipes Online) iIn the summer I love this with fresh tomatoes on the side!
