Cool! Is there a workshop link to this? I’ve been experimenting with the Jet engine designs and I’ve breached the sound barrier with a heavy bomber while only burning the same fuel as two combustion chambers. However, efficiency at speed isn’t what I’m looking for. I just need sheer speed.
I moved at a similar speed because a dude pulled out this epic spaceship thing in an MP server, i can't remember if they're the person i friended or if it was someone else
@@nefarioulyte9996 Actually I was just thinking about this, do you know another way to control jet engines? I was making more recently and noticed that yes, the engine only goes up to one, but without the PID, it explodes. The only changes I've made since then is that the throttle goes into a function block to multiply it to 185. My set up: Throttle multiplied by RPS goes to setpoint, jet intake RPS goes to process variable. It actually works great and can keep my jet engines running at whatever RPS I desire, but if you know a different way then please tell me.

It’s the way the microcontroller was made, it controls rps or something I forgot
