My husband and I have our own body shop. And I know from 30 years of experience that damage is from a door being open too far. (hyperextending) Seen it a thousand times. If you look close at the second picture you'll see where it's scraped and the fender way up behind the door is curved in. The only way you can do that is by hyperextending your door. Or with a crowbar. There's no way that girl did that damage to that car. I know everybody's saying how she's fat enough but that's not the point. A person's body did not do that. He's trying to get his previous damage paid for.
