We have a son problem and the same so has to to dictate how his family is to be regarded. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 it’s very clear for me. I’m thankful that my husband of 23 years laid the foundation of how I was to be regarded by his huge family and we haven’t fought once❤️

You see, I'm not married nor am i in a relationship where I'm building towards that... But honestly your installments speak wisdom over me.. Its through such channels that you prepare yourself, you learn and unlearn issues so that whenever that calling comes to take place in your life you have been already equiped by learning from those before you even if its not yet relevant, so then you can go back to your wisdom bank and pull out what you once learnt from someone years ago because it's time for its use.. This was a great episode. My husband and I had a session with Mama a few months ago and it was amazing. It's always great to hear a different perspective on things.
I had to stop this 16 minutes into the video and just commend the wisdom in this video....wow!! I'm astonished. Son, take your position, all will go well in the family. And this is my first experience and I am definitely staying with the Makhs, proper content right here.

Im almost in tears, this is by far my favourite installment. Its so important to understand Gods word about relationships. The parents are filled with such wisdom my goodness. It can get very tricky with parents sometimes. If you haven’t done so already, take the time to ask God to soften her heart when you bring the conversation up. He will work on her…

I honestly have something against dealing with my future in-laws but the Makhs just counseled me with issues around this and now I’m more open to relating better with my future in-laws and also relate better with my sisters’ in laws. Thanks for your time in sharing guys

I wish the whole country could watch this ... but also to be able to implement something like this the parents need to be of a good strong character and also the daughter inlaw also need to be of good character to not abuse the goodness of her inlaws ... so above all this proves that only 'whole ' individuals can come together and build a good family unit (especially when they are not biological family. Just coming together seeking a unity of peace and love ) ... hope I'm making sense 🙏 ❤

I subscribed after this particular installment. I've been married 4 23 n Mama summed up my painful makoti initiation. It was not from loving my mom in law though bt my sisters in law. I'm so glad that I never hated them but kept them in my prayers.. My faithful God answered my prayers

I love what Mrs Makhs Senior said...The son does set the tone of how the wife will be treated by the family. If he draws a line early then they will know not to cross that line. Also some moms forget that once their sons get married its a new chapter and that new chapter needs to also be respected.

I love the honour Mr Makhs Snr bestowed on the wife, that she is the mother of the next generation of the Makhs clan, like how beautiful is that. How could they not treat her with love when they view her in such a beautiful light. And I know not all couples choose to have children but you don't have to give birth to children of your own to be a mother, guiding and imparting your wisdom too can be you being a mother.

Welcome back guys and wow what an amazing instalment! Thumbs up to the Makhs Seniors you never go wrong with them. An interesting and sensitive topic but you managed to bring the best out of it. I wish every inlaw or makoti who will come across this instalment will somehow be changed for the better. Like Phetola l happen to have the best inlaws who welcomed, loved and opened their hearts and home for me. It becomes easier for umakoti to adjust and feel at home in that kind of environment. I prayerfully ask all the inlaws out there to be loving and welcoming they will enjoy the results. I lost my father inlaw in 2015 and mother inlaw is in her late 70s now, old & fragile, she is now enjoying the benefits of being the sweet mom she was to me. l lovingly see to it that she is well taken care of and spoilt here and there simply because she 1st loved and accommodated me, tables turn in real life. For the inlaws and makotis out there it's never too late to mend that realationship it only begins with you!

This was a very informative instalment, i have learnt a lot as a wife and am also very grateful that i have a mother in law that is supportive of me and we can relate. I have been successful with my in laws by not taking sides and also just minding my business. Most especially just focus on respecting my mother in law and supporting her in all sectors of life. My father in law is late so i did not have the opportunity to interact with him. Thank you.
