Love this video and also how real you are on here! How do you find the sizing? I am in between the sizes in shorts and leggings and have heard someone saying that the effortless leggings run smaller.

It really depends on what you prefer. I personally would rather have more fabric and less tight so I size up to mediums in leggins and shorts. BUT the fabric is so stretchy that you could get away with either.. Some people prefer the tighter fit
