Torque converter. Get a higher stall torque converter cuz these cams aren't generally made to make low end power but a higher stall torque converter will get your engine to rev up higher before power is sent to the wheels. Generally a 3000 stall is perfect for most applications but if you want a cheaper option get a torque converter off a trailblazer with a 4.2 6 cylinder. Those have around a 2200 stall speed. But DO NOT get one from a trailblazer that has a 5.3 or a 6.0. Those are pretty much the same stall speed your truck originally has, at around 1200 stall speed

You need drag radials for something like that
Damnnn idk to install my 228r with a big stall or go a stage 2 witha. Nice stall. I also have ea 4.8
My Tahoe has 4.10 and truck Norris cam. It won’t spin hardly at all off the line. Must be a weight thing or something’s off lol
This truck also didn't have rear brakes hooked up so that was probably a big factor as well.
im dead thats funny asf. this dude snapped his rear brake line at a car meet. thing became a burnout machine hahahah@@josephpate127

You got to get it tuned for your wheel size but it should be burning I got 4.10 3k stall and headers burns with ease but truck Norris cam coming soon
