      Julia I test drove a 2007 Acura TSX with 118,000 miles today. The seller is asking $6,900 I'm trying to get a few hundred knocked off of the price. If all goes well with my mechanic inspection on Friday I will purchase the car.

      @@nikevabrown6614 that price is a little high, but it depends on the condition of the car. I'd try to knock it to 6k. Mileage isn't too bad either. Best of luck with it girl

      @@juliabeitzinger6508 thanks so much for responding. And yes, I went in today with $6,000 and he didn't seem too receptive to that. Said we could do $6,700. I'd be happy with $6,500, especially if the mechanic gives the car a thumbs up.

I thought it was interesting that your impression of driving the vehicle was that it felt like a 70,000 mile car, not a 600,000 mile one. I just feel like I want to start with a lower mile, later year engine (06-08) because I have no idea how previous owners treated it. could have been neglected and about to have parts going out left and right, and I don't really want to deal with that. it would also probably leave me with a sour experience for the tsx lol. don't wan that to be the case either cuz I really do love these cars. can't wait to get my baby back on the road and looking new again after a pair t job in the fututre

      I have had my 2005 TSX since Jan. 1, 2005. 147,000 miles. 6 speed manual. I replaced the AC in 2016 and the clutch in 2022. Ignition coil last month. Still cheaper than a car note.

    • @ZDriver1996
      @ZDriver1996 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GoodnWise I’m at 182k now. Have had little wear issues but engine and transmission are running smooth. Changed the lower control arms today to get rid of a bit of vibration. I’m over kill on the car with maintenance. Original AC, rack and pinion, power steering pump, radiator and hoses. Sometimes I get bored and just install a new part just incase. So far cost of ownership for the past 13.5 years has been $83 dollars a month plus replacement parts (I do the labor myself). Sure as heck beats a $700 average monthly payment today.
