I was looking at Herman miller several months ago, but because of the price, I couldn't justify it, even for my personal use. Today, I went all the way from Cavite to TWU QC and checked to experience their line ups, and damn! the S300 was a joy for my back and butt! and for its fair price, including the after sales guarantee (parts replaceable and warranty), I bought it on the spot! Thank you for the review!
I bought that chair a week ago (branded for some local company, but it's the same chair). After a week of sitting on it I have to say that I like it more and more and found that sensitive armrests very useful. I set back to 138° and tension to max. My weight is around 96kg and tension is strong enough to keep me in any position I want without touching a switch. In such scenario I found myself changing position very often and then I can readjust armrests position very quickly just with my elbows without a need to unlock anything. It seems that it's smarter design than I thought. In the beginning I was thinking that it's too sensitive as well but not anymore. I really like that headrest and lumber support so it's a matter of personal preference I guess. You have to try it yourself, just make sure that you can return it if it won't meet your preferences.
Hey, are you still happy with that chair? I'm thinking about getting it as well but there are so little reviews on it online so it's hard to decide. Here in Germany it costs 800€. I'm 1.80m tall and weigh 82kg for a reference.
I've just recently got into the ergonomic chair community and MUSSO Ergonomic Chair 3D caught my attention because it's cheap and has a lot of features. Maybe you can try reviewing it since there are not so many content covering it
Absolutely love these chair reviews! Pero sana we have 2 or more opinions. Kasi tama sabi mo sir na we have our own preferences in terms of comfort. So having more people comment on the product gives us a broader perspective. Still, thank you for these reviews kahit alang pambili. 😅

Hi! First of all, nice review of the chair. All of the information that we need, you got it! May I ask a question if you don't mind🙂 Have you tried the Sihoo Xiaoqi X5 series? Upon testing on the TWU store earlier, it got more support specially on thoracic area. Just want to ask your honest opinion if S300 has the same comfort as Xiaoqi X5? *I didn't test the S300 since I got overwhelmed at its price. 😂
have not tried it so can't say anything from experience - it does look like an interesting chair! we're doing a chair review a month now, maybe we'll try out the X5C before the end of the year
Me and my partner went to TWU's showroom in QC where you can try out sihoo chairs like s300 and c300. Napakabait and accommodating ng owners and yung nag-assist samin sa pagtry ng demo chairs. Parehas kaming IT ng partner ko. Ako yung mas serious type sa work na parang laging tutok sa screen so mas nagfit sakin is yung C300 dahil sa lumbar support na pinupush likod ko. Sa partner ko naman is mas chill yung work nya and mas may time maglaro so mas nagfit naman sa kanya S300 dahil daw mas masarap sa likod nya yung ganung support and yung placement ng siko nya na nasususportahan while playing games like kunyari sa steamdeck na may konting kabigatan yung console. So parang sabi lang din ni kuya reviewer iba iba talaga for different people so maganda matry din yung chair in actual para malaman mo ano yung mas fit at mas comfortable para sayo.
@@JCampbell91x only like the australian version or wtv comes with the leg rest. but the chair itself is not good whatsoever. i bought one, and for the price tag being damn near 1000, the chair was built like it was worth 200 and the quality was horrible. tried to return it and they suggested giving me $10 to fix the numerous issues it had lmao
@@jedunboxing4127just saw this. Mine is going strong for a bit of 3 years now. Only issue I had so far is the base which in time will get broken. Had it replaced in just a day. Super accommodating and parts are always available. Mine should last for another 3 years 🤣
The headrest is such a deal breaker for this chair. IF they revise this with a proper headrest with forward/backward function it can be one of the best chair.
Hi Hardware Sugar, may I ask how long have you had this chair? I own the Sihoo V1 and the mesh seat started sagging less than a year into my ownership. It has sagged to the point of it being uncomfortable as my butt is literally resting on the rails. Did you notice any mesh sag for this chair as well? How about the Aeron? Due to the aforementioned detail, I am now looking for non-mesh chairs including the secretlab titan evo. Any chance you can review that? :)
I am really sorry to hear this! We have has this review unit for 2 weeks. It will be returned to sihoo. My experience with the V1 and M57 have been good. I also have a friend from law school who ordered 10 v1s from TWU. I'm surprised on your report. I believe you, it looks like you were really unlucky. Have you reached out to TWU? They are the official supplier of sihoo in the PH.
Hi Hardware Sugar, I'm a minimum to mid wage earner and I work from home. I've been buying office chairs for my set up and my back really hurts after hours of work which is why I'm looking to buy an affordable ergonomic chair. Any chance you have come across the local brand Bathala? Have you tried their Panatag mesh ergonomic chair? I'd love to hear your feed back about this since this is the only ergonomic chair that is within my budget. Thank you and have a good day/night to you.

Damn, I prefer the center lumbar support. thanks for pointing that up!
But thinking about it, does it help straitening your spine at the center?
Tried this for few hours. as a 5'11 sobrang nabitin ako sa headrest nito kahit highest setting di masyado umaabot sa ulo ko.

what about the C300? i'm trying to choose between the V1 and the C300
