Well glad you enjoyed it, well we can say that rivals wasn't really a let's say amazing game to fans it were more a OK game but for the critics the game were amazing if I'm not wrong it even won E3 best racing game I personally liked a lot the game not gonna lie I still play it on my PS4 I also made 2 more video of beta NFS Rivals if you didn't watch you can watch it on my channel
@@hazeyviperz9873 personally I found Rivals fun The Soundtrack felt like It came out of a Britain-themed game, but It fits the grey-ish theme of Rivals The car selection was great The story was, eh, confusing, but also has a dark tone (not like Carbon Own The City but still) The physics are, idk, like MW 2012 but with faster movements I guess I Wish there was a more deep customization in Rivals, tho It would not make much sense since Rivals Is basically Hot Pursuit 2013
@@JinteiModding i personally found NFS rivals a fun game too the car selection is actually good its just exotic cars just like hot pursuit the story not gonna lie is quite interesting but the story it doesn't have really a characters just some names like zephyr and fate the soundtrack I would say they are actually nice and about the customization I don't care if a NFS has customization or not if the game has a nice driving physics like hot pursuit then I play it and speaking of driving physics I like it after all it's a arcade racing game and for conclusion NFS rivals is a game that I still play today
I really want to know more about the scrapped pursuit tech. I see why a shield wpuld have been removed because it would be OP, but the Ion Cannon sounds interesting
I feel like the shield and Ion Cannon were just there in the files somehow because Rivals and Edge ran on the same game engine. ESF, Shockwave/Shock Ram, and the Stun Mines were already enough, but those two weapons would've been TOO FAR.
@@hazeyviperz9873 You can look at both models by comparing the two in pictures and you can tell how they're the same models, btw the game has stuff from Hot Pursuit 2010, The Run and MW12 hell even some files referred to the game as HP3
@@NismoRacer00 well I guess I can agree with that if I see well the image the BMW ME E46 is the same as most wanted but without vinyls, after all the engine it looks like rivals but different on most wanted 2012 it use the frostbite 2 while Rivals uses frostbite 3 and one more thing a friend of mine that is COVEDEV the one I credited in the video told me that most of MW2012 songs are on the files on the game
When i play NFS rivals in PS4 I was going to career overview then i see a overview picture that shows a racer aventador (Not the 50th anniversary one) i was wondered why criterion/ghost only puts the normal aventador to cop car :/

It was a couple days ago it was a random post but it actually showed NFS Rivals being almost completely naked. Rivals was really a good game, maybe one of my favorite NFS games but I had fun a lot with rivals and I also would like how those removed pursuit tech like shield and Ion Cannon would work
Cops using jammers isn't actually scraped I've seen the cops use them in pursuits, also shockwaves, turbos and even stun mines, if you reach the highest heat level they'll occasionally send in units with racer pursuit tech ability.
Well I gotta be honest rivals doesn't have that much cut content like MW2005, Carbon, UG2, Etc, but most cut stuff of rivals are just beta/removed audio files, beta/alpha pictures and we got some prototype versions too recently and a think that I could like to see in the game would be the 2015 Mustang with widebody and I would like to see those 2 removed pursuit tech that only got audio files remained like shield and ion cannon and maybe seeing cops with jammer would be interesting too

Also the XORRUPTED Audio is a corrupted audio file which is why it sounds like this

The BMW M3 (E46) GTR model was reused from MW12, ironically the same model was reused and brought back in NFS Edge
And NFS Edge re-uses Rivals map
