Basically everything that happened in the movies was canon to the show, but unless the movies directly addressed events of the show it wasn't canon too the movies. Like how Edwin Jarvis is still canon to the movies but not everything that happened in Agent Carter is. Which is a travesty

But they never gave her that. Throughout the MCU she only ever looked like a secretary. Didn't even know she was supposed to be Mariah Hill until Ultron. And that woman was ROBIN SCHERBATSKY! Cobie Smulders coulda pulled off a proper Mariah Hill if they gave her proper spotlight!
