Bro l tried millions of tutorials how to remove the bluethotth from the phone and it still didn't work
plug your remote into a charger thats connected to your ps4 then leave it until a light shows then count to 25 and hold power button, if that doesnt work plug the cord into different ps4 slot

You have to connect it back to the ps4 using the controller charger or any charger that works with it
