I Love Sharon Lois and Bram, their songs are amazing, very enjoyable and I grew up listening to this wonderful group ! Sharon Lois and Bram are my absolute number one favorite group!
I love Sharon Lois and Bram so very much ! This show brings wonderful childhood memories back to me ! I grew up listening to Sharon lois and Bram ever since i was 4 years old !
This concert was filmed in 1987 with concert segments from it put into episodes of The Elephant Show. This was at YPT and Cambium Productions gave out free tickets. I got to go because my cousin knew someone who was at the time principal of a school where they did a ton of interior and possibly outdoor shots at that year. Eric Nagler was the warm up act and he would appear during changeovers and if they messed something up such as lyrics. I had never seen this concert intact as one concert video. I've only ever seen that which made it into the Elephant Show that season. The song about "Uncle Joe" and bouncing up got screwed up multiple times because of flubbed lyrics. While it was a good concert we were there for awhile because every number had to be right. Just like extras in a movie we had to bring the enthusiasm.
Hi there. During the early years before the Elephant Show was formed, the cameras were operated as 1960s film cameras. But in Elephant Show seasons (1984-89), cameras were operated as regular fast-access video cameras.
At 2:54, a violin is on. At 3:13, a woman in the middle is singing to them. At 3:19, that Lois is singing alone, then singing with Sharon & Bram. At 4:22, first Bram is singing alone. "Did u ever go to meet Uncle Joe Uncle Joe??" Then Lois & Sharon singing together twice with Bram. Rest in piece, Lois. Sharon & Bram r still living. I know who else sing this song, it's us. Selena Gomez Jackie Evancho Shailene Woodley & Michael Meneses. Best wishes, this is Michael Meneses.
I have looked for so long for even a copy of the old vhs tape to no avail. I was thinking about the button factory song (we have a guy named Joe at work) and lo and behold I found these wonderful vids. Thanks so much for uploading them, my children loved them and now I can show them to my grandchildren.
This is the better one and I can tell this is NOT from a phone. Today's crowd thinks a phone is a PC in their pocket but it's a crappy one that you can't customize or do much with and used by idiots who think a real PC is too hard. Though Windows 10 has changed that making it for the phone idiots. If this was uploaded via phone the quality would be horrible if you viewed it on a PC. Most users view things on phones so they have the same equipment as the uploader so nobody notices the crap
Its kinda funny how the button factory song kinda represents the horrors of capitalism through the simple medium of a children's song. Joe is clearly over worked, yet his boss has no empathy whatsoever and only wants to squeeze more and more work out of poor Joe for the same pay.

At 9:02 there is the adorable Robin Bleasdale, who acted on the Elephant Show. She now runs a dance school in Toronto.

I loved this as a kid and now my daughter loves them too. Having a hard time finding them though.
My daughter is 2 and loves Sharon Lois and Bram, in addition to Fred Penner and Raffi.
I wish kids these days had entertainers like Sharon Lois and Bram, Fred Penner and Raffi.
this brings back so many memories of seeing them in concert in the late 80s

Love your channel for all your SLB stuff you put up. Have you ever found their "Live In Your Living Room" video? It's so good. 💗
