Sewer Scrapes glitch in Split Screen causes a 1st Place DNF glitch. Description: Before the 30-second time limit ran out it showed P1 in 2nd place, but the 3 other racers had already finished. In most cases, if 3 players finished, the remaining racers should be running in 4th place or lower. If someone asks them if they used these glitches and they say yes, they're not being dishonest. "People who don't know about the glitch obviously cannot get these UNFAIR TIMES" isn't a very good complaint, because, except for the 'unfair times' part, that applies to almost every game (replace "glitch" with "shortcut," "technique," etc.).
do you think this is fair 2 use on xbox live or psn and during time tirals? i dont think so sure useing glitches when ur by urself is ok but when it affects others i think it shouldnt be used it takes the fun of the game away from the people working for there spot in the race. whata you all think?
It's UNFAIR because it doesn't reflect an honest time trial of the actual course. I'm just starting to play this game, and ive noticed some ridiculous times, and my conclusion that the users CHEATED. Seeing this glitch confirms my conclusion. Basically, people are using the glitch to get UNFAIR TIMES FOR LEADERBOARDS dishonestly. They know full well that is being dishonest when getting the time for leaderboard, hence unfair.

Groudon, somebody who uses the glitch "knows full well that it is being dishonest when getting the time for leaderboard (on X-box live), hence unfair/cheating.", and that only random way for someone to beat that time is to also try and use the glitch and cheat too. Basically, ask yourself, could you get those times without the glitch???? if not, then yes, you are being dishonest! BTW, just because a cheat is honest about cheating, doesn't make him dishonest when cheating!

If the glitch didn't exist, then you cannot HONESTLY get these times! I choose to keep myself HONEST by having times that reflect my best within the time trail, if i wanted to top the leaderboard- i'd be dishonest by using the glitch thinking that most users don't know about it. If the glitches are allowed (and I don't see any glitched times being removed from the leaderboards), the people who use them aren't being dishonest.

i have already owned the game for Wii and Xbox 360 but I sold both consoles to get a PS3 >_> Now I have to get the game again.
