Bad Influence! was an early to mid-1990's British factual television programme broadcast on CITV between 1992 and 1996. It looked at video games and computer technology.

Geez'! We didn't get targeted kids shows on videogames like that in France at the same time. It is highly professional and non-patronizing tone. Amazing for the 90's.
The videogame shows we had in the US were patronizing. And to make matters worse, you could tell the hosts knew NOTHING about console gaming. My brother and I would sit in front of the television, correcting the host every time he misspoke. We had more fun poking fun at the host than we did watching the actual show.
This show was amazing called bad influence all episodes are on TH-cam. There was another one for slightly older teens called games master check it out just recently they have started it again. But nothing beats the series from the 90s they 6 seasons of it.. again all on youtube
Well Andy Crane wasn't and isn't really a gamer, he was a children's TV presenter, Violet Berlin was the one more into it. I remember first seeing him on "The Broom Cupboard" (which was just what they called the place where they did continuity announcements because it was so small) He's a radio presenter now.@@billcaan4192
I still have a Scorpion XVI to this day and it works with my model 1 Mega CD. A great piece of kit and I enjoy playing imported games on it.
Someone actually managed to run a Sega CD addon on a Scorpion 16 clone, and the 32X on another clone system. It does involve some modifications to the system, though.
I like how they have kids just walking around in the background.

Funny, they couldn't get away with airing something like this now... legally they'd be screwed :p
Today they wouldn't air it because it'd mean video game publishers and console manufacturers would boycott the show. No press events, no review samples, no commercials.
Thanks for showing me the inside of a game cart whence, it was a thrillbuzz highlight of my week in a vstrict household.

It was a lot cheaper than the actual Mega Drive at the time.
