Thankyou. My gastroenterologist didn't check for this. I've had gastritis for over 7 years. I think it's eosinophilic or mast cell/histamine problem. All she could say was, "it's just a little gastritis." I think she's crappy. I've changed doctors Hopefully this new GI will listen to me.

@@hepzlawrence7710 it turns out it was a hiatal hernia. Which causes a lot of different symptoms. I still have mast cell symptoms. But I believe it's from my vegas nerve and the hiatal hernia. My stomach rises up constantly if I don't watch what I eat. This hits the vegas nerve and causes all sorts of issues.

Doctor i was having stomach issues for sometime now. And last year had a colonoscopy with biopsy as i had a patchy inflammation in my sigmoid colon. And biopsy results are like active patchy colitis with high eosinophilc count 15-30 hpf.. with no ibd and so on. So what could be this problem as i am still having issues with my stomach but its better now. Doctors say its ibs as al blood work are normal. And had an Mr entorography that was normal but i had my colonoscopy last year and the mri this year that was normal. What could be the possible cause if you could reply to me it would be a great help for me to understand whats happening with me. i will eagerly wait for your reply

Hey doc!!!...I've been having very thin and loose stools for the past two months and very foul smelling farts which is happening excessively. The local doctor did a physical exam of my abdomen and diagnosed me with dysbiosis. However the condition is not improving for me. I'm 21. Can you figure it out what it is??? Anyways love your videos from India.

What about Helminth infection being prominent in people with high Eosinophils?? It’s in the literature, so should I be tested for parasites? My Eosinophil number last year, May 2022 was 666. Sept 2023 and they are now at 1685! I’m scared. I’ve just been diagnosed with Eosinophilic Asthma but there has to be an underlying cause for this. I’m 42 and just diagnosed as an adult with this. I don’t know what testing I should have done. I do have a Naturopath so I would like your expert advice please if the next step is to have him test me for parasites. Thank you so much! âĪ

@@johnnyh64 Doctor says it is likely allergies. But I find it odd that I have zero symptoms typical of hay fever allergies such as runny nose, etc... I think hyper-eusonophil is considered a sustained count of 1500+, so I assume no treatment is necessary.

      Hey Nirali,
I am not a doctor, but I am a patient with eosinophilic entero-colitis. Generally, the prognosis is unknown because everyone responds differently to each treatment option, and the disease is poorly understood because it was rare. Have the steroids and PPI meds been helping?
