These days after I started flying I can even sleep for 10 12 hours😂 So we have a minimum rest of 12 hours between 2 flights. Most of the days we get rest more than that but not less than 12 hrs.
@@Moulya_.Gowda___ Ok so even I am most of the times sleep deprived not because I do not get enough rest from flying but as there is no schedule, you eat, sleep at different times everyday that is difficult to manage. It’s very difficult to fall asleep on odd hours unless you are tired. But it’s a habit and self care you need to cultivate that will help.
Yes. It’s a twin sharing room mostly for domestic & international both. At the moment, we have airbus 320 & 321 aircrafts. In 320 there are 4 crew members & 321 5 crew. So if its 321 1 crew gets a single occupancy room.
